Ram Building Engineering Breakwater Constructions Ltd., has extensive experience in all fields of civil engineering, having undertaken many construction and infrastructure projects, some of the most varied and complicated that have been undertaken so far in Israel. The company holds the "C5" unlimited contractor classification for construction, bridge, road, and development projects. It also holds high classifications in other fields, such as for pumping stations and pools. As the holder of a "recognized contractor" (unlimited) certificate for government projects, the company may take part in all tenders offered by government ministries. The company employs qualified project managers, engineers, and supervisors, all of whom specialize in large-scale complex projects and are full-fledged employees of the company.

Urban and Transport Infra-Structure
The company works on sewage, water, electrical, communication, and urban and transportation infrastructure projects (in recent years, infrastructure work for the light rail project in the Greater Dan Region).
The company is involved in many contracting and entrepreneurial projects with local authorities, economic companies for the development of cities, water and sewage corporations such as Igud Dan, Netivei Ayalon, the NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., Israel Ports Company, Israel Railways Company, Halamish, the Ministry of Housing, and others.

Construction of the Light Rail Infrastructure
Through calls for tenders, the company is taking part in projects to open up existing light rail infrastructure on the Red, Green, and Purple lines. Infrastructure work have been carried out at Bat Yam, Tel Aviv, Rishon Le’Zion, Givat Shmuel, and elsewhere.
In addition, the company completes the development work after installing the light rail tracks (by others) in various places such as Tel Aviv and Bat Yam. It has projects in progress, such as establishing priority routs for public transportation as part of the “Fast to the City” project and the “Seven Stars” project in Herzliya.

Sewage Infrastructure
The company has the know-how and ability to renew water delivery lines with larger diameters, some of which involve the technology of underground pushing of the pipeline in places and at depths where it is not possible (or economical) to carry out open excavation. In Tel Aviv, such a line runs from the Reading pumping station through the Tel Aviv Promenade to Frishman Beach. In addition, an upgrade is underway on the main collection line for the sewer that begins in Kiryat Aryeh in Petah Tikva, passes through Bnei Brak and Ramat Gan, and continues to Tel Aviv (the Reading pumping station). The company has also worked on many other projects in the field, such as upgrading sewer lines to the South Park area in Tel Aviv, laying a sewer line along Highway 461 that will connect Kiryat Ono – Or Yehuda to the east of the road, upgrading the eastern sewage system in Netanya (Phase III), and more.

Bridges and Level Separations
Over time, the company has worked on many projects in transportation, including bridge construction projects. Among the projects were the expansion and upgrade of Highway 91, the B’not Ya’akov Bridge; the construction of the Rothman Bridge on the railway route through Hadera; the construction of a bridge over Nahal Gadora; construction of a bridge over Highway 4 in Haifa; construction of a bridge over Nahal Ayalon in the Hiria area; construction of the eastern ramp of the Unity Bridge in Netanya; the Highway 6 bridge in Ramat Beit Shemesh; level separation projects at road and railroad intersections in Lod, in Segula Petah Tikva, construction of a 335-meter bridge for the Israel Ports Company in Ashdod Port.

Urban Projects
The company has carried out many works at the request of the local authorities, such as in the Tel Aviv neighborhoods of Neve Tzedek and Shapira, in the Kirya and the Promenade in Tel Aviv, in Ra’anana’s Neve Zemar neighbohood, in the green areas of Kfar Saba, Ramat Gan, Rosh Ha’Ayin, Ramat Beit Shemesh, Netanya, in Modi’in-Maccabim-Reut, in Haifa, in the Mamgorot complex Bnei Brak, in Hariah (establishment of an urban cultural center), in Petah Tikva (Beilinson Hospital – integrated transportation complex), a parking lot at the Ben Gurion Airport, a public infrastructure project at the Port of Ashdod, construction of burial buildings at the Morasha cemetery in Ramat Hasharon, and many others.

Environmental Quality
