Adv. Ori Skuza is the founder and owner of the Ori Skuza Law Firm, a boutique law firm specializing in real estate, family law, wills and inheritances, continuous power of attorney, civil/commercial litigation, and the representation of victims of criminal offenses. Adv. Skuza has ten years of experience in the Firm's areas of expertise. After completing his law internship with the Foreign Office's Legal Bureau, he served eight years as a lecturer and frontline academic tutorial assistant at various law schools.

Adv. Skuza previously served as Chairman of the Israel Bureau of Private Investigators and has 12 years of experience in the investigative sector. Adv. Skuza currently serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Israel Bar Association’s Central District, as a Member of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association’s Central District, and as Chairman of the Municipality of Shoham’s Property Tax Appeals Committee (the position is equivalent to the position of a Judge of the Magistrate Court).

Areas of Expertise
Real Estate
The Firm has an established reputation in the real estate field. It accompanies many real estate transactions and handles all real estate proceedings, including real estate sales and acquisitions, whether previously owned, involving a builder or purchase groups, real estate taxation, joint home registrations, sharing agreements, etc. The legal counsel provided includes working with the client throughout all legal negotiations, drafting the agreement, and dealing with all parties and authorities to register the transaction. The Firm’s real estate department handles various real estate transactions in both the private and commercial sectors.
The Firm specializes in real estate taxation and all procedures required to execute a real estate transaction. The Firm also works with tenants in TAMA projects and tenants who wish to build together outside the TAMA project framework.
Adv. Skuza believes that every real estate transaction, even the smallest, requires a strategy and proper management of the transaction, especially in legitimate tax planning issues.
In addition, the Firm specializes in dealing with real estate issues and complicated transactions and managing complex cases and claims in the real estate field.
The Firm also represents its clients in the courts and before the Supervisor of Real Estate in relevant proceedings.

Family Law
The Firm specializes in family law in all aspects, including inheritance and wills, and preparing continuous power of attorney documents. The Firm has experience in representation before all judicial councils – the family courts and the rabbinical courts. The Firm works with supporting professionals in the field, including private investigators, accountants, actuaries, appraisers, etc., who are committed to the Firm and provide the Firm with excellent services.
Divorce – the Firm specializes in many claims. The Firm builds a long-term strategy with the client in a way that allows the client to continue with his life during file management. Lawsuits in the Rabbinical Court for certifying a divorce, including lawsuits that bind the court to all issues for an agreement or a full verdict.
Distribution of property and balancing resources – the Firm specializes in all aspects related to the distribution of property, from the basic to the complex, between movable property and claims involving companies and business reputation, dissolution of partnership hip in companies and/or real estate, and other joint assets.
Alimony – a claim for spousal support and/or child support while considering earning potential and standard of living, including dealing with unreported capital, partial claims and all related aspects.
Custody or parental responsibility – managing all aspects of custody, including assisting the client with welfare and probation officials, as well as other professionals, such as psychologists and experts in these fields.
Publicly known – management of comprehensive procedures for couples who were not officially married.
Financial agreements – drafting and fully managing financial agreements between spouses until court approval.
Claims for change of circumstances – claims to change the divorce agreement because of a change in personal or financial circumstances. Sometimes, an agreement and/or judgment received some time ago is no longer relevant and must be changed. The Firm specializes in filing claims according to the client’s needs.
Domestic violence – the Firm has extensive experience in the field and counsels before contacting the Israel Police and welfare agencies.
Wills and inheritances – comprehensive treatment, submission and implementation of wills or inheritance actions. Objection to requests for a will enforcement order and agreements between heirs.

Civil/Commercial Litigation
The Firm provides professional and quality legal accompaniment and representation in the fields of civil and commercial law on all levels. The Firm handles and represents various claims, including those complex and complicated, in claims against contractors, against partners and/or in various commercial claims, and specializes in court appearances.

Victims of a Criminal Offense
The Firm has a civil-commercial nature, as Adv. Skuza has extensive criminal law knowledge because of his experience in the Military Police’s Investigation Department and, later, practical and academic criminal experience. The Firm represents victims of severe offenses, including sexual assault, violence, and abuse.
Several cases were and are being conducted by the Firm, including high-profile cases dealing with physical injuries, sexual injuries, and severe abuse of the helpless in kindergartens and nurseries. The Firm manages effective communication with the enforcement bodies, namely the police and the State Attorney–Criminal Prosecution while upholding the rights enshrined in the law.
The Firm’s professional team examines the ongoing criminal investigation and assists the investigating bodies. The team ensures that every crime victim represented by the Firm receives his rights and makes his painful voice heard, even though the crime victim is not an active party to the criminal proceedings in court. Where appropriate, the Firm helps keep the abuser away from the victim.
The Firm represented the parents and toddlers, the victims of the crime in the criminal case that was conducted against the accused Carmel Ma’oda and her assistant, and in other high-profile cases.

Giving Back to the Community
The Firm contributes to the community in a variety of ways, including pro bono legal representation on issues of public interest, and legal representation and legal advice for people with disabilities. The Firm represents various non-profit associations, such as “Justice for Children,” “Headquarters for Combating Early Childhood Abuse,” “At-risk Youth,” Wings of Love,” “Lachan,” and others.
