Adv. Skuza previously served as Chairman of the Israel Bureau of Private Investigators and has 12 years of experience in the investigative sector. Adv. Skuza currently serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Israel Bar Association’s Central District, as a Member of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association’s Central District, and as Chairman of the Municipality of Shoham’s Property Tax Appeals Committee (the position is equivalent to the position of a Judge of the Magistrate Court).

Real Estate

It accompanies many real estate transactions and handles all real estate proceedings, including real estate sales and acquisitions, whether previously owned, involving a builder or purchase groups, real estate taxation, joint home registrations, sharing agreements, etc. The legal counsel provided includes working with the client throughout all legal negotiations, drafting the agreement, and dealing with all parties and authorities to register the transaction. The Firm has a civil-commercial nature, as Adv. Skuza has extensive criminal law knowledge because of his experience in the Military Police’s Investigation Department and, later, practical and academic criminal experience. The Firm represents victims of severe offenses, including sexual assault, violence, and abuse.
Several cases were and are being conducted by the Firm, including high-profile cases dealing with physical injuries, sexual injuries, and severe abuse of the helpless in kindergartens and nurseries.
