About New Era

Since it began operations in Israel about a decade ago, New Era has successfully positioned itself as one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Israel in urban renewal. What began with a TAMA reinforcement project in Bat Yam, has developed into many larger and more complex evacuation-redevelopment projects, with some 3,000 housing units now in various stages of planning, execution, marketing and population.

Management With In-Depth Knowledge and Experience.
Oleg Lukinsky, as Partner and Chief Executive Officer, harnesses the rich experience he has accumulated over a decade in initiating, managing, and realizing complex international real estate ventures, and applies his extensive knowledge in the fields of finance and business strategy. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University, and is a graduate of the prestigious Management and Strategy Program at the Wharton School in the United States.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Oleg Lukinsky held managerial positions in several companies in Israel and abroad, and since moving into the real estate field, has proven his ability to start, manage processes and complete projects with outstanding success. “Everyone understands how important urban renewal is to the future of the State of Israel,” he emphasizes, “and we want to take a significant part in the process and leave our fingerprint.”

Financial Strength
As noted, New Era handles many projects throughout the country, from Kiryat Bialik, Netanya, Kfar Saba, Petah Tikva, Tel Aviv, Bat Yam, Holon, on to Rehovot and Be’er Sheva.
Thanks to its financial strength, New Era can start projects of any planning scope. “We rely on our equity, avoid distributing dividends, and direct our funds to the next projects,” says Oleg Lukinsky. “Of course, the Company is also in regular contact with the banks and with leading financial entities in order to provide bank guarantees required to carry out all projects that we are promoting.”

Green Building, Environmental Protection
Over time, New Era has successfully completed complex projects in Israel and abroad, and the Company’s great reputation stems from its ability to offer an optimal solution throughout all stages of the project – from concept construction to completion of execution and population considering the engineering complexity, planning and regulatory constraints and plans in the area.” “As a Company that advocates environmental protection,” Lukinsky emphasizes. “The construction is carried out according to the strictest of standards using green materials. New Era is also exploring options for increasing the use of renewable energy in each of our projects. Since electric vehicles are going to set the tone soon, we are also preparing for this with the establishment of charging stations in the building’s parking lots.”

Contribution to the Development of the Environment and the Advancement of the Community
New Era considers urban renewal an engine for significant socio-environmental impact. “Young populations, from different socioeconomic cross-sections, are integrated into the projects and strengthen the community, for the benefit of all residents of the region,” explains the Oleg Lukinsky. “Long before the upgrading of buildings, urban renewal is foremost people. We are working to establish a true partnership with the apartment owners and are closely interacting with them.” Indeed, New Era considers its clients as partners in the process and the path, and believes that there is nothing like an urban renewal project to realize and implement this partnership. The Company works with the residents in order to plan considerations that are agreed upon by all, while obtaining optimal rights for them. “Our responsibility is to be accessible, sensitive and attentive,” emphasizes Oleg Lukinsky, “we have established a dedicated function whose function is to accompany the apartment owners throughout the process, and this function is always being upgraded with more professionals.” The Company stresses strict transparency and updates the apartment owners regularly and in real time through smart reporting systems. “All this, affords the residents peace of mind throughout the process, and allows us to finish the project within time and budget constraints.”
