Company History
The Neuman Group is owned and managed by the Neuman Family, which has been active in the supply of steel for construction from the early fifties, when Koppel Neuman, the company’s founder, opened a small business for the supply of steel to building contractors in the Tel Aviv area. The business gradually expanded and today is one of the largest and leading supplies in Israel for steel construction.
Its present management has guided the company since 1969. Sales turnover of the Neuman Group, for 2018 totaled NIS 600 million. The Neumann Group now has 200 employees who all have extensive knowledge in their respective fields. Neuman works in strict accordance with ISO 9001 quality-control specifications, and its products comply with the relevant Israeli standards for concrete reinforcement.

Product Lines
Neuman supplies four primary products:
• Reinforcing steel rebars, including cutting and bending.
• Welded mesh fabric for reinforcing concrete, including manufacture, supply, cutting, and bending steel.
• Welded cages for reinforced concrete construction.
• Various welded elements for the construction industry.
• Elements for building tunnels using the tunnel burrowing machine method.
• Couplers – used to join rebars.

The Neuman Group can supply over 6,000 tons of welded mesh and 15,000 tons of rebars per month.

Meeting the Growing Demand
Neuman directly supplies some of the leading construction companies in Israel, including Danya Cebus, Shafir Engineering, Solel Boneh, Ashtrom, Electra and many others. Neuman’s steel products can be found in some of the biggest construction projects in Israel, including Terminal 3 at the Ben Gurion International Airport, the Tel Aviv underground subway, Route 6, the new Ashdod port, the new Haifa port, the new railway line to Modi’in, the Carmel Tunnel, the Mobileye Project, Bridge 6, Jerusalem railway tunnel, the Shaf’Dan project, as well as in most main infrastructure development projects in Israel.
