About Mivnei Tamara Ltd.

Mivnei Tamara Ltd. was founded in 2009 by Zohir Abu Suis, Owner and Chief Executive Officer. The Company is active in the entrepreneurial construction of residential, office, industrial, and public projects, as well as urban renewal. Zohir Abu Suis has worked in skeletal and finishing work as a lead contractor for almost 20 years. His extensive know-how and the experience gained over time, is the source of his in-depth knowledge of every detail and skill in the field. The same expertise follows him in the relationships he has developed to start a successful company.

Mivnei Tamara is noted for its close, reliable and efficient service, thanks to the employment of leading professionals in their field. A dedicated team accompanies the apartment owners throughout all stages of the project, along with the company architect, who accompanies the projects in the process of changes and upgrading the apartment, and the engineering department and the project managers, who are available for the buyers at all times. Throughout all the stages of the process, an immediate and accessible answer is guaranteed for every question and aspect of the project, with supportive and reliable accompaniment. Regular cooperation is the key to delivering an apartment to the buyers’ satisfaction, including a one-year inspection warranty. The Company commits to projects that will be carried out professionally, reliably, and on a strict schedule.
The prevailing advantage of Mivnei Tamara lies in the permanent employment of skilled craftsmen. This allows the release of any dependencies on various subcontractors, creating a much smoother and faster building process. The course of work is no longer dependent on external logistics, and each phase is handled by permanent and skilled workers in their field who have gained trust over their many years of service. All activity is carried out under professional guidance – from the skeleton construction to the delivery of the apartment to the buyer. Being able to respond to the client is also the result of total familiarity with the project. Mivnei Tamara is always attentive to the demands of the task at hand–and all details.
The Company is a licensed contractor authorized by the Registrar of Contractors at the Ministry of Construction and Housing.

Two Active Sectors – Building Contracting and Urban Renewal Initiatives
Mivnei Tamara boasts a wide range of ventures. Hundreds of residential units and thousands of square meters of commercial and industrial space throughout Israel have been completed. The Company has built prestigious projects in northern Tel Aviv, Kiryat Ono, Rishon Le’Zion, Ness Ziona, and Rehovot.

High-Quality Building and Standards
Most of the Company’s activity lies in construction work for entrepreneurial companies, among them Israel’s most significant and leading, such as Zemach Hammerman, Sivan Execution, Elzion Oleh, Binyanei Atar, Gazit Engineering, Or Jordan, Yossi Avrahami, ZF Building Company Ltd., The Bereshit Group, Platinum, E-Wave Real Estate, and more and others. Considering its many years of experience and ability, the Company also works as a lead contractor. It handles all construction phases while stressing the highest standards from beginning to end.

Urban Renewal
In recent years, Mivnei Tamara has also been active in urban renewal. The flagship project is 39 Levy in Ramle. The project has received the local building committee’s approval and is now in the final construction phase. During this period, 54 units will be added to an existing building of 48 units. Much of the venture’s success spurs advanced negotiations with tenants for another project nearby, which will be even more extensive than its predecessor.

Human Resources
Alongside Zohir Abu Suis, the Company’s CEO is Attorney Tamara Mor Gur, who also holds a degree in Business Administration with a Major in Economics. Attorney Gur is a member of the Israel Bar Association. In her role at Mivnei Tamara, she is a partner in negotiations and other transactions. Tamara Mor Gur provides added value to the Company’s clients – a transversal vision of the transaction, including customer needs and goals, tax planning, and program aspects.
