Maoz Daniel, Construction Contracting Company Ltd. is an entrepreneurial company and construction contractor, a holder of the highest professional contractor rating in Israel - the "C-5", and is one of Israel's oldest family-owned real estate companies, being established three decades ago. The Company was recently selected by "Nadlan" as one of Israel's leading companies in evacuation-reconstruction.

Along with the construction of thousands of housing units in Israel over the years, the Company has gained practical experience and skills that have helped it to venture into the field of urban renewal, in all stages. For the past 20 years, the Company has been a leader in urban renewal projects and successfully started and built the first evacuation-reconstruction project in Ramat Gan – a tower which rises to a height of 30 stories with 104 housing units.
The Company recently began its THE FIVE urban renewal project in Bat Yam, which includes 560 housing units in five residential buildings without mixed uses, with a variety of 3, 4, 4.5 and 5 room apartments and special penthouse apartments overlooking the sea.
The project is at Bat Yam’s highest point. Many of the apartments have a sea view.
Each of the towers has 27 floors of luxurious and optimal planning to maximize the area of the apartment, living spaces and bedrooms.
The new residential district is located in Bat Yam’s HOT SPOT, walking distance from the light rail route, a short distance from the new M1 Metro, from the train station, with accessibility to Road 431 and the Ayalon Freeway. The new district is surrounded by a variety of community services, culture, sports and leisure, Bat Yam’s Cultural Center, the auditorium, the Bat Yam Museum of Art, the Repk House for Education and Community, and the Tarbutek, which also serves as the municipal library.
The best schools, alongside many kindergartens, shopping and entertainment centers, country clubs and community centers, are all within easy reach.
Maoz Daniel is planning the construction of over 2,000 housing units in high demand areas in Israel’s center, ranging from boutique-sized building projects of 21 housing units to neighborhoods of 500 housing units.
