Real Estate Law
Since its inception, the Firm has been active in the real estate field and regularly handles the representation of construction entrepreneurs, contractors, public entities, buyers and sellers, combination agreements, purchase groups, etc. In recent years, the Firm has been extensively involved in representation in respect of TAMA 38 agreements and clearance and reconstruction projects, mainly working with the local tenants.
The Firm is also active in labor law, and specifically restrictions on business, proceedings with the Ministry of Economy, class actions and more. Torts and Insurance Law
The Firm represents insurance companies and private clients in damages and insurance, general (non-life) insurance, medical malpractice, personal accidents, water sports, road accidents, professional negligence, and liability.
The Firm regularly represents Israel’s largest and most senior media groups – newspapers and journalists, publishers, television franchisees, leading internet sites, writers, artists and more. In the commercial field, the Firm represents large corporations in Israel and abroad, building companies, insurance companies, health maintenance funds, public figures and key people in politics and the economy, international companies, start-ups, agents and franchisees. In the class actions field, the Firm’s clients include large conglomerates in healthcare, telecommunications, the internet, newspapers and more, and in the labor law field the Firm represents large workers’ organizations and employers.
Lieblich-Moser was founded in 1962 by the Late Shlomo Lieblich. In 1973, Mibi Moser joined the Firm.
Mibi Moser, Founding Partner – graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, (LL.B.), graduate of Tulane University of New Orleans, (LL.M.). Also holds a diploma from the International Peace Academy in Austria. Served as Chairman of the Board of the Association for Human Rights in Israel and has lectured on media studies at Bar-Ilan University. During 2004-2014, served as Head of the National Disciplinary Court and as a Member of the National Council of the Israel Bar. Currently serves as representative of the public on the Helsinki Committee, and at Tel-Ha’Shomer Hospital. Specializes in media law and serves as consultant to and representative of Israel’s major media entities.
Tal Lieblich, Senior Partner – graduate of University of Reading, England, (LL.B.), and a member of the Israel Bar Association. Chairperson of the National Committee of Defamation of the Israel Bar, and serves as academic coordinator of the Israel Bar in the area of defamation. During 2008-2012. lectured at Sapir College on defamation laws. Counsels Israel’s major media entities. Prepares marketing agreements with foreign companies, intellectual property, etc.
