Real Estate Practice

Lev-Koren, Shoshani, Zini, Benaim has the requisite experience in all aspects of real estate law in Israel.

The Real Estate Department works on thousands of real estate transactions each year, including with entrepreneurs and contractors on new projects, urban renewals [with entrepreneurs and contractors, and owners of existing apartments], the sale and purchase transactions of real estate properties, combination transactions, purchase groups, “Price per Occupant” transactions, transactions involving the Israel Land Authority, consulting and handling of real estate taxation issues, project financing transactions with banks and other financing entities, mortgage services, registration services and/or amendments to the joint housing registry, etc.

The Firm has been selected as a “Recommended Office” by the Association for Housing of the Haifa District.

Urban Renewal

The Firm provides legal counsel to an entrepreneurial company that carried out the most significant “evacuation-re construction” project in the city of Nahariya, in the framework of which many housing units were demolished, and some 200 new housing units were built, which are now being delivered to their owners. This project is among the few projects in “evacuation-reconstruction” in general, and in the country’s north in particular. In addition, the Firm provides legal counsel for TAMA 38 projects, in all its stages and issues, whether in the representation of tenants or in the representation of entrepreneurs for the exploitation of rights under TAMA 38 [demolition and rebuilding of buildings or by strengthening existing structures and using rights granted by virtue of TAMA 38], while planning the appropriate changes for the tenants against the grant of building rights to the entrepreneur.

Litigation Department

The Litigation Department combines an innovative and ground-breaking legal approach along with uncompromising professionalism while ensuring that the partners, lawyers, interns, and clients are involved in the effort to map every case and plan a precise and meticulous strategy for its management,  all for the most desirable legal outcome.

The Litigation Department handles hundreds of court cases each year, including those at the Magistrate’s Court, the Land Commissioner, the District Court, civil appeals, administrative petitions, the Supreme Court and the High Court of Justice.
