Arad came to the field of law from the field of communications, where she served for several years in senior management positions, which gave her a comprehensive toolbox and skills that she also uses in the world of law – the skills she acquired over the years gave her the ability to conduct complex and sensitive negotiations, a strong service consciousness, persuasiveness, a macroeconomic vision, an understanding of needs and interests, the ability to identify business and/or economic opportunities that include planning and a high level of performance.
In her earlier days, she marked herself as a lawyer out of a desire to be for the people who experienced injustices in their lives. Still, the legal path as a family law attorney only benefited her after the personal divorce proceedings she experienced, which sharpened her understanding that this is her destiny in life. Adv.
