The Firm was founded by Attorney Ilan Sofer (LL.B., Tel Aviv University), one of Israel's leading litigators. During his more than 23 years of legal experience, Attorney Sofer was a partner at S. Horowitz & Co., and later at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., where he was a senior partner for more than a decade as well as the head of the commercial litigation and white-collar defense department. Ilan Sofer & Co., was founded in April 2018, after Attorney Sofer left Goldfarb Seligman. The Firm's practice focuses on all aspects of civil-commercial litigation and defending suspects and defendants in white collar cases.

Advocate Guy Wilf

Holds an LL.B (Summa Cum Laude) from Haifa University, an M.B.A. (Cum Laude) with a specialization in finance from Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Economics also from Haifa University. Advocate Wilf interned at Yigal Arnon & Co. and continued there for two-and-a-half years, after which he practiced for six years in the commercial litigation and white-collar defense department of Goldfarb Seligman & Co.

Advocate Jonathan Dori

Holds an LL.B (Cum Laude) from Bar-Ilan University, and an M.B.A. also from Bar Ilan University. Advocate Dori interned at Hamburger Evron & Co. and continued there for two-and-a-half years, after which he practiced for four and a half years in the commercial litigation and white-collar defense department of Goldfarb Seligman & Co.
