In recent years, the company has focused on establishing residential neighborhoods and unique projects across the country, including in Shderot, Netivot, Hazor HaGlilit, Tel Aviv, Modi’in, Katzrin, Mitzpe Ramon, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Pardes Hanna, Rehovot, and Beit She’an.
Extensive experience combined with the ability to build on a wide scale, has garnered the company an excellent reputation, as it holds great pride in contributing to the development of the country. Succeeding his father, Gilad Ifrach has been the CEO of the company since 2014, leading the company’s tremendous growth while implementing its vision of creating quality residential solutions in every locale- from modern neighborhoods to luxurious residential complexes. In recent years, the company has also been involved in urban renewal projects whereby older apartments are replaced with new, quality units in advanced residential buildings.

Current Projects
Modi’in – MY Avenue: Located in the heart of Modi’in’s business and commercial center in front of a promenade with walking and bicycle paths, MY Avenue is an exclusive residential complex consisting of 123 apartments in seven boutique buildings above a commercial floor. The project is located near major employment and commercial centers, a train station, Azrieli Mall, the Cultural Center, and a future college campus.
Netanya – Ein HaTechelet: In the new north of Netanya, approximately 170 meters from the sea, the company is developing a private and exclusive residential complex comprised of 210 apartments in three towers above a commercial floor. The complex will feature additional amenities for the residents, including a swimming pool and leisure facilities.
Safed – Ramat Razim: The company has acquired land for the construction of approximately 402 residential units in boutique buildings, in a new neighborhood within Safed.
Kiryat Ata – Givat HaKalanit: The company has acquired land for the construction of around 40 apartments in the planned Givat HaKalanit neighborhood in northeastern Kiryat Ata.

Selected Neighborhoods and Projects built in the last 5 years:
Netivot – MY Netivot Stage 2: This is the company’s second project in the Neve Sharon neighborhood, consisting of ten 10-story buildings with a total of 336 apartments. Combined with the first project, the company has constructed 432 apartments in this new and highly coveted neighborhood. The company has additional land for the construction of 348 apartments in 16 buildings in the developing Ramot Yoram neighborhood.
Chatzor HaGlilit – HaBustan Neighborhood: After approximately 30 years without significant construction in the town, the company initiated and built nine projects with over 300 residential units, more than 200 of which are now occupied.
Shderot – MY Shderot BaPark: The largest residential construction project built in recent years in the city. This is a new and modern neighborhood consisting of 606 apartments in 12 buildings, and encompasses most of the residences in the area.
Katzrin – MY Katzrin: Located in the prestigious Quarter 10, 51 low-rise apartments were built near a spacious park, featuring views of the Sea of Galilee and surrounding area.
Mitzpe Ramon – MY Mitzpe Ramon: Completed in 2019, this project marked the company’s first significant construction in the town since 1992. It is a boutique project consisting of 29 apartments.
Beit She’an – MY Beit She’an: Completed between 2018-2019, this was the first boutique residential project in Beit She’an, comprised of eight buildings with a total of 108 apartments.
