G.N. Quality Projects Ltd. is a real estate company active since 2001 in the initiation, development, and execution of large-scale public projects, as well as commercial and residential buildings, throughout the country. The Company's founders, owners, and managers are Nisan Said and Guy Shuvi, who both have many years of experience in the construction field and the requisite training and certification in construction. The Company holds the C-5 contractor classification, along with a solid reputation and extensive experience, all of which allow its customers to benefit from high-level construction work and uncompromising quality. Over time, G.N. has completed over 200,000 square meters of industrial and commercial buildings, as well as thousands of housing units, in various projects throughout Israel. The Company has a workforce of 70 employees.

Professionalism, innovation, and years of experience: The Company is involved in construction projects in the public sector, as well as industrial and residential buildings, and was established 22 years ago by Nisan Said and Guy Shuvi. Nisan Said has been involved in this field for the past 38 years, while Guy Shuvi has been engaged for the past 27 years. Over the course of their many years of work, the two have gained practical experience in the construction of many homes, industrial buildings, and public buildings.
Over time, the Company has built over 200,000 square meters of industrial and commercial buildings and thousands of housing units in various projects throughout Israel. The Company maintains strict standards of construction, performance, and professionalism while respecting deadlines and budgets planned to satisfy its customers. Because of the knowledge and experience of its managers and employees, the Company can provide a complete and professional service package supported by the best management, for each project.
The Company’s workforce includes office personnel, engineers, supervisors, an active customer service department, and an experienced field staff, all of whom are very professional. This workforce is the Company’s most valuable asset. To carry out a project, the Company provides high-quality, experienced on-site personnel, all of whom increase the quality of execution and ensure compliance with the project’s objectives, schedules, and budgetary constraints.
The Company uses sophisticated equipment for construction and environmental development, such as innovative mechanical engineering equipment, cranes, and a fleet of vehicles. Its various and modern means of construction allow it to be independent in project execution, thus ensuring the highest quality.
A combination of performance capabilities, business vision based on the highest standards, uncompromising professionalism that stresses even the smallest of details, a professional workforce, and in particular, a worldview that emphasizes reliability, dependability, and transparency – all of which have contributed to building the Company’s reputation and allow it to complete all projects that it undertakes. In 2011, G.N. Quality Projects started operating in the field of TAMA 38. The Company is in the planning and licensing stages for several projects.
