Quality Projects Inc. is a real estate company, active since 2001, specializing in the promotion, development, and construction of public projects, as well as large-scale commercial and residential projects throughout Israel. The Company's founders, owners, and managers are Nisan Said and Guy Shuvi, both with extensive experience in the construction field. The Company has accumulated significant renown and expertise, enabling its customers to enjoy a high-quality and compromise-free construction. The Company holds a "C 5" contractor's license (unlimited status). Over time, it has constructed over 200,000 square meters of commercial and industrial buildings and thousands of residential units in various projects throughout Israel. The Company has a workforce of 70 employees.

Professionalism, innovation, and many years of experience: The Company is involved in construction projects in the public sector, as well as industrial and residential buildings, and was established 20 years ago by Nisan Said and Guy Shuvi. Nisan Said has been involved in this field for the past 36 years, while Guy Shuvi has been engaged for the past 25 years. In their many years of work, the two have gained practical experience in the construction of hundreds of homes, industrial buildings, as well as public buildings. The Company maintains exacting standards of construction, performance and professionalism while meeting deadlines and budgets, to the customer’s complete satisfaction. Based on its managers’ and employees’ knowledge and experience, the Company can provide comprehensive and professional service backed by the best management of each project.

The Company’s workforce includes office personnel, engineers, supervisors, an active customer service department, foremen, and experienced field staff, all who are very professional. This team is the Company’s most valuable asset. To carry out a project, the Company provides high-quality, skilled and experienced on-site personnel, all of whom increase the quality of execution and ensure compliance with the project’s objectives, schedule, and budgetary constraints.

The Company uses its own and very sophisticated equipment for construction and environmental development, such as innovative mechanical engineering equipment, cranes and a fleet of vehicles. Its various and modern means of construction allow it to be independent in project execution, thus ensuring the highest quality.

A combination of performance capabilities, business vision based on the highest standards, uncompromising professionalism that dwells even on the smallest of details, a professional workforce, and in particular a worldview that stresses reliability, dependability, and transparency – all of which have contributed to building the Company’s reputation and allow it to complete all projects that it undertakes. Over the past year, the Company has also branched out into real estate development.
