The Professional Team
Adv. Eyal Blizovsky, the Firm’s Founding and Managing Partner is a senior, highly respected and experienced advocate with 25 years of legal experience. Adv. Blizovsky began his professional career as a legal intern at the firm of Adv. Hanan Melzer (currently the Deputy President of the Supreme Court). With his admission to the Israel Bar, his practice dealt primarily with various aspects of litigation and ongoing legal counsel in the areas of commercial law, real estate law, corporate law, and administrative law. Over the past 15 years, and until opening his own practice, Adv. Blizovsky was partner and head of the litigation department of a leading commercial legal office, representing hundreds of large clients, in a wide range of commercial disputes. Over time, Adv. Blizovsky has been involved in several legal precedents in the fields of civil and administrative law. Adv. Blizovsky has gained experience in representing clients in class actions, in representing clients in various petitions, mainly in public tenders and in complex disputes, including arbitrations of considerable financial scope between contractors and contractors.
Adv. Blizovsky has also specialized in various claims in real estate, planning, construction and expropriation issues, including representing Israel National Road Company Ltd. in many petitions dealing with the 431 and 531 access highways that were recognized as projects of national importance, many claims that resulted in possession of land expropriated for national projects, as well as many other claims involving hundreds of millions of Shekels, which dealt with expropriation compensation. Adv. Blizovsky also represented Netivei Ayalon Ltd. in many petitions and claims that dealt with the Ayalon Project.
Adv. Blizovsky also has proven experience in representing public bodies in complex examinations conducted by the State Comptroller’s Office, and in recent years has represented and still represents clients in disputes between shareholders and partners.
The Firm has four advocates, all headed by Advocate Eyal Blizovsky who is personally involved in all Firm files. The other members of the professional staff all have experience, skill and expertise in the field of commercial litigation, class actions and administrative law.
The Firm specializes in commercial litigation and handles many of Israel’s most significant clients, in all judicial instances, being involved in all areas of civil and commercial law, including various real estate claims. The financial scope, the substantial number of claims, the quality of clients and the variety of types of claims which the Firm represents, all these factors, make the Firm into one of Israel’s highest quality and professional legal firms.

The Firm has significant involvement in this discipline with a focus on petitions to the High Court of Justice and regarding tenders and is one of the most prominent law firms in Israel in this field, both at the stage of the tender proceedings and the stage of the legal proceedings. The Firm has handled and currently handles a series of petitions on behalf of various clients in complex, large-scale tenders. In addition, the Firm is proud to represent the IDF Disabled Veterans Organization in matters related to improving the rights of IDF disabled veterans and protection from infringement of their rights, including before the High Court of Justice.
