Corporate and Commercial: The firm has been instrumental in many investment ventures in Israel and abroad. It has handled privatizations, including the privatization of Israeli banks, as well as commercial transactions of all types including in the areas of Hi-Tech, Bio-Tech, energy, privatizations, data computing and processing, merger and acquisition of companies and real estate.
Telecommunications and Media: The firm is one of the leading telecommunications firms in Israel and is consistently ranked in legal directories as one of the leading Israeli firms in this field. The firm has been involved in privatization proceedings in this field, and has considerable experience in handling contracts and complex regulatory issues that are unique to the telecommunications and media fields. The firm has handled the establishment of new Israeli venture capital funds and their investment transactions and has accompanied foreign and local high-tech companies in all their activities, including raising capital investments, licensing and commercial and technological transactions and in mergers and acquisitions worldwide and in Israel.
Bankruptcy and Company Liquidation: The firm has vast and unique experience in liquidation and rehabilitation of companies and non-profit organizations. The firm’s partners are routinely appointed as trustees, liquidators, Executors and Special Administrators in complex liquidation proceedings. Accordingly, Adv. Molho was appointed as the Special Administrator in the stay of proceedings and bankruptcy in one of the largest and most complex cases in the history of the State of Israel concerning the 26 companies of the Heftsiba Group; and in Karta – The Jerusalem Development Company (in liquidation). These bankruptcy cases are among others handled by Adv. Molho together with a special team in the firm.
Real Estate Development, Planning and Construction: The firm represents investors, entrepreneurs and landowners in Israel and abroad, in major, long-term real estate development projects, as well as in the tourism and hotels, planning and construction fields for residential, public and tourist purposes including complex mixed-use projects. The firm is involved in all aspects of real estate transactions – from financing, planning and purchase of properties property purchase and development, vacation and construction developments, including TAMA 38) through to the development, construction and sale of the properties, including accompaniment before the various government building and planning authorities. Likewise the firm handles litigation before Planning Committees, Appeals Committees and thee courts. Adv. Persky serves as Executor of the late Albert Benin’s Estate, developing a major Real Estate property in central Jerusalem. He has also brought a number of Town Plans to Approval, including a large holding in the Tel Aviv Port area, some 300 dunams of land rezoned for a new neighborhood in Kiryat Bialik and Town Plans for the United States Consulate and Embassy in Jerusalem. Adv. David Shimron is involved in the various stages of vast real estate development projects, including mixed-use tower developments, hotels and residences in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Beer Sheba, and abroad (in cooperation with local firms).
Litigation and Dispute Resolution: The firm litigates commercial and civil matters of all kinds, at all levels before the courts, arbitrators, mediators, and other regulatory bodies. The firm has considerable experience and expertise in handling comprehensive and complex litigation of considerable scope for individuals, companies, and for various Governments and institutions. The firm also possesses significant expertise with regards to litigation utilizing international collection and disclosure of evidence. Partners of the firm currently serve as mediators and arbitrators.
Labor Law: The firm’s expertise in Labor Law makes it highly sought-after by a broad range of clients. The firm conducts negotiations and handles agreements in all areas of labor law for its clients. The firm has extensive experience in representing before the labor courts throughout Israel, as well as in resolving disputes out of court.
