Criminal Litigation (Emphasis on White-Collar Offenses) and Representation in Disciplinary Proceedings: The Firm specializes in criminal justice representation, with an emphasis on white-collar crimes, throughout all stages of the process – from the initial stages (property seizures, forfeiture, investigations and arrests) to administration of the case on its own merits. In addition, the Firm has many years of experience in disciplinary proceedings at various tribunals.
Commercial Litigation: The Firm’s professional staff have extensive experience in court and quasi-judicial cases, mediation proceedings, complex commercial arbitrations in Israel and abroad, and the international mediation tribunals of the ICC (International Criminal Courts). The Firm provides representation and counsel on various types of partner, shareholder, and commercial disputes, including copyright, class action, and derivative claims, etc.

Labor Law: The Firm provides ongoing counseling and guidance in labor law. The Firm has extensive experience in representation before labor courts, government, and disciplinary courts, as well as in the representation before alternative tribunals for dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation. Among the department’s clients are employees, public bodies, private and governmental companies, as well as senior officials in public and private sectors in a wide range of practice fields including communications, banking, industry, and hi-tech.
The Firm represents prominent public figures in proceedings with a high and public profile. Over the years, the Firm’s clients have included Prime Minister Netanyahu and his wife, ministers, mayors, and Members of the Israel Knesset. Adv. The Late Dr. Jacob Weinroth, Founding Partner: The Late Dr. Jacob Weinroth, the Firm’s founder, was for many years one of the leading litigators in Israel and was party to many essential precedents that had a decisive influence on Israeli society. Inter alia, Advocate Weinroth took part in the Tal Committee, which discussed recruitment of yeshiva students.
Adv. Dr. Jacob Weinroth held an LL.B., LL.M. and a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University. The doctoral thesis that he submitted dealt with the law of rebellion, which later became rabbinical court law (the holding of divorce judgments), which led to significant improvements in the state of “agunot” in Israel (a woman bound in marriage by a husband who refuses to grant a divorce or who is missing and not proved dead).
Adv. Dr. Yechiel Weinroth: Adv. Yechiel Weinroth holds an LL.B., LL.M, (Summa Cum Laude) and a Ph.D. from Bar Ilan University. He specializes in libel, civil and commercial litigation, white-collar offenses, and disciplinary proceedings. In addition, Adv. Weinroth serves as an arbitrator and mediator and is Co-Chair of the Israel Bar Association’s Arbitration and Mediation Committee. He also lectures in law at Bar Ilan, the College of Management, and at the Ono Academic College.
Adv. Oded Nesher: Adv. Nesher holds an LL.B. (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and specializes in civil and commercial litigation and complex litigation issues at courts, arbitration proceedings, and proceedings relating to the approval and annulment of arbitration rulings. Adv. Nesher has extensive experience in representing various proceedings against banking corporations, disputes between shareholders of companies, and disputes in commercial and real estate law.
