The Firm has extensive international operations spanning four continents, working closely with the New York law firm of SRF, with its 60 lawyers, and through branch offices in Romania and Cyprus as well as desks designed to provide service for French, Russian, Chinese, German and Arabic speakers.
New York: The Firm maintains a unique affiliation with SRF, which is a New York based law firm and has over 60 lawyers and legal professionals. SRF provides Legal services in the capital market, corporate law, civil litigation and arbitration sectors.
Romania: This branch specializes in the real estate law as well as commercial law, and serves many Israeli entrepreneurs operating in Romania in different fields, including litigation and real estate transactions, and obtaining a Romanian passport for Israelis entitled to it.
Cyprus: This branch is located in Nicosia, provides legal and business services to clients with international operations, forming companies, trust services and management of the board of directors.

Tax Law – specializing in taxation advice and legal support, and rendering written legal opinions on matters of Israeli and international taxation. The Firm’s tax department includes a team that represents clients in criminal tax cases and white collar crimes (money laundering, etc.); a team dealing with tax litigation (handling income tax assessments, Value Added Tax, customs duty, purchase tax, real estate tax, etc.); and a third team involved in international taxation, including rendering written tax planning opinions for international tax planning, as well as voluntary disclosure procedures. The tax department also provides its clients (Israeli and foreign residents) services concerning various regulatory requirements derived from money laundering and US FATCA implications.

Mergers and Acquisitions – are one of our firm’s core strengths. We have consistently represented either purchasers or targets in Israel’s M&A transactions. Insolvency and Corporate Recovery – Our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team is Israel’s leading team for handling insolvency proceedings and complex corporate recovery situations.
Dr. Shlomo Nass, who heads this department, has in recent decades taken a leading role in Israel largest Corporate Recovery Schemes.
Our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team members are often appointed as trustees and special officers by the courts dealing with insolvency and debt schemes proceedings, either when such proceedings are initiated by the company’s officers or by its creditors (including banks) and also have extensive experience handling such cases and proceedings. Our experience covers handling cases regarding public and traded companies as well as large private corporations operating in various fields such as retail chains, communications, infrastructure, international trading, construction, etc’.
The team includes experienced lawyers and accountants who provide ongoing legal services to companies and corporate managements who encounter financial difficulties. The team has also extensive experience in debt and equity schemes, and corporate rehabilitation, as well as conducting special investigations and forensic auditing, following special appointment by the court.
