The Colmobil Group is Israel's leading vehicle importer. During 2020, Colmobil sold 49,009 Mercedes Benz, Smart, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Genesis, or King Long passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses, reaping a 23.2% share of the local market.

Colmobil is a private company wholly owned by the Harlap Family. A Full Range of Services

Following on its commitment to providing comprehensive services to its customers, Colmobil offers a broad range of solutions, such as financial services through Colmobil Financing Solutions Ltd. – Israel’s largest non-banking company for vehicle financing; vehicle insurance through its insurance agency – Colmobil Insurance Agency Ltd.; and trade-in services through Colmobil Trade In Ltd.

Infrastructure, Services, and Resources

Over time, Colmobil has invested steadily in advanced infrastructure and service centers. The Group operates a computerized logistic center and a distribution network through its own fleet, which supplies spare parts to 60 service centers throughout Israel. The Group also has its own sales and service centers in Israel’s largest cities and employs 1,200.

Mercedes-Benz – “The Best or Nothing”

In recent years, Mercedes-Benz has maintained its position as a leading premium brand in Israel while increasing its focus on quality and improving customer experiences, and growing in new market segments, including young people, senior business people, and the female audience. Its growth is based on a range of over 30 models noted for advanced technology systems, state-of-the-art safety systems, and impeccable design. During 2020, Colmobil sold 2,930 Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. In addition, Mercedes continues to be Israel’s leading brand in the commercial vehicle segment (trucks, vans, buses, taxis), delivering 3,129 commercial cars in 2020.

Hyundai

The Hyundai brand continues to lead the Israeli car market with 33,278 vehicles and a market share of 23.3%. Hyundai continues to establish its position with the launch of its new Santa Fe, the new Palisade, Hyundai Sonata and the continued sale of a variety of favorite Hyundai models, such as Tucson, A10, and of course its – IONIQ Hybrid, Israel’s number two sales leader.

Mitsubishi – Welcome to the Age of Car-Tech

The Mitsubishi brand continued to expand and closed 2020 in fifth place, with 2,800 vehicle deliveries and a 6.1% market share. Mitsubishi, which markets mainly recreational and SUVs, leads the global market of 7-seater vehicles with the launch of new models such as its Triton in Israel. In 2021, Mitsubishi is expected to launch its new Outlander – another leading SUV vehicle.

Genesis

Genesis is an international luxury car brand hailed from the Hyundai Motor Company. The brand currently has five models – 3 Sedans – the 70G, 80G and the 90G, and 2 SUVs – the 80 GV and the GV70. All models offer an “athletic elegance” ‘distinctive design line, in a new and unique concept identified with the brand. Genesis began operations in Israel in the first quarter of 2021 with its first showroom in Herzliya Pituach. The strategic concept of the brand is to surprise the customer and be BEYOND EXPECTATIONS with its well-equipped and prestigious vehicles, in the personal customer experience, which revolves around the customer and his needs and in the most advanced technology in all vehicles that allows a step up in safety. The brand is currently active in 6 countries and will soon be available in the European market.
