Bonim BaIr
Bonim BaIr is the urban renewal arm of Bonei Hatichon in Tel Aviv. This subsidiary specializes in projects pursuant to National Zoning Plan 38/2 (demolition and construction), which aims to strengthen buildings against earthquakes and improve the urban landscape, providing an opportunity to turn buildings in Tel Aviv into icons of design and bring a new urban living experience to its residents. The combination of our abundant experience and reputation with development know-how specifics to Tel Aviv and unwavering commitment approach to our partners, is the key to our success. ONO ONE Kiryat Ono – one of the largest urban renewal projects in Israel under construction, designed by renowned architect Moshe Tzur, consisting over 1,000 residential units in nine high-rise buildings of 20-21 floors.
ELLA Modi’in – This project is located in Moreshet neighborhood, consisting of 155 residential units in four buildings.
VINEYARD Ashkelon – This project is located in Ir HaYain neighborhood, consisting of three residential complexes with 342 residential units across six buildings of 7 floors, constructed around inner courtyards.
FIORI Be’er Ya’akov – This project is located in the new Be’er Ya’akov Hayeruka neighborhood, facing the fields of Kibbutz Nir Tzvi and Talmey Menashe. The project consists of two residential complexes with 259 residential units across six buildings.

• Haifa – Four large-scale projects consisting of 3,500 new residential units in the neighborhoods of Neve Sha’anan, Neve David and Kiryat Eliyahu.
