Adv. Jacob Battash
Adv. Battash is the Firm’s founding partner and heads up its litigation and commercial practice. Adv. Battash has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2004.

Adv. Battash has extensive experience and expertise in the field of commercial and economic litigation, including expertise in managing complex legal proceedings, such as class actions, shareholder and partner disputes, deprivation claims, claims against directors and shareholders, complex commercial claims, etc.

Adv. Battash believes that the field of litigation is an independent field that touches all areas of law and requires complex skills and is the “cutting edge” of the legal profession. Adv. Battash has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law and advises his clients in many varied business areas, conducting transactions, drafting agreements, and more.

Adv. Battash also serves as an arbitrator on behalf of the Israel Bar Association’s Arbitration Institute. For over a decade, Adv. Battash has served as a disciplinary arbitrator on behalf of the Israel Bar Association’s Tel Aviv District Committee.

Adv. Battash holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from Reichman University (LL.B.) and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in finance (B.A., also from Reichman University.

Adv. Battash serves as commander of a General Staff unit in the military reserves, holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
