Terry Almozlino Arnon

Head of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department, counsels on a variety of aspects of real estate transactions, including providing legal support and advice in relation to income-generating real estate. Her clients are top-tier, including public, private, and government companies; income-generating real estate companies; contractors; Israeli entrepreneurs; and foreign investors.

Anat Even-Chen

Leads the firm’s regulation practice and provides legal counsel to local and international clients on a variety of regulatory issues. Thanks to her vast experience, international legal directories rank Anat as a leading lawyer in the fields of banking and finance and fintech.

Hagit Ben-Moshe

Hadar Israeli

Leads the firm’s white-collar practice. Hadar is at the forefront of lawyers with expertise in handling criminal cases, internal investigations, and administrative enforcement proceedings, particularly cases conducted simultaneously in Israel and in the United States. Hadar holds law degrees from Tel Aviv University and Columbia University, and was formerly an associate at Paul, Weiss & Co. in New York.

Gal Livshits

A partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, specializes in representing both local and foreign corporations and private clients in complex litigation cases, including in relation to infrastructure projects, contracts, antitrust, intellectual property, international law, inheritances, and more. Gal also has extensive experience advising clients during arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Hagit Ross
