Attorney Chen Bahar
Attorney Bahar, with over 18 years of experience, has an established reputation for managing complex litigation cases, including those with a high media profile. Attorney Bahar has extensive experience in litigation before all judicial instances in Israel and has represented clients in precedent-setting proceedings with broad implications–where he expresses his in-depth knowledge of the legal world.
Attorney Bahar provides ongoing legal advice to non-profit organizations, cooperative societies and companies in all areas of commercial and business law and also has rich experience and a variety in representing clients in the execution of commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions. For the past 15 years, Attorney Bahar has been the legal advisor of the “Bigger Than Life”organization – the largest and leading non – profit organization in Israel that works for the quality of life of children dealing with cancer and their families.
Attorney Bahar’s legal expertise is also reflected in lectures that he delivers in the field of litigation, as part of the Israel Bar Association’s advanced training program. In addition, Attorney Bahar served for several years as a judge in the disciplinary court of the Israel Bar Association. Attorney Bahar publishes many opinion articles from time to time and is interviewed in the various media (television and radio), on current legal matters.

Attorney Naama Shabtay Bahar
Attorney Naama Shabtay Bahar has over 18 years of experience, with extensive experience representing working with employers in labor law, and complex proceedings with a high media profile. Because of the sensitivity and complexity of the field of labor law, Attorney Shabtay Bahar works with her clients regularly while providing creative solutions to various issues that arise in the field, both in individual labor relations and in collective labor relations regarding unionized workers. Her extensive experience in the field makes it possible to bring the parties to an agreement outside the court as well.
In addition, Attorney Shabtay Behar lectures on the field of sexual harassment prevention (in collaboration with the “Border”project) as well as in other fields related to labor relations and labor law.

Attorney Roman Goralnik – Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (with honors) from the Netanya Academic College. Attorney Goralnik interned with the Lipa Meir Law Firm and joined Bahar Shabtay in May 2014.
Attorney Nathalie Mozes Levy – Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the College of Management and qualified as a lawyer in 2016. Attorney Mozes Levy interned with the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv and joined Bahar Shabtay in January 2017.
Attorney Dafna Fish Schlissberg – Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Netanya Academic College; a Master’s degree in Law for Social Sciences and Humanities graduates from Bar Ilan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hebrew from the Hebrew University. Attorney Fish Schlissberg interned with the Population and Immigration Authority, qualified as an attorney in 2019, and joined Bahar Shabtay in June 2019.
Attorney Shaul Halfon – Attorney Halfon graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, and qualified as an attorney in 2022. Attorney Halfon interned with the Lipa Meir Law Firm and joined Bahar Shabtay in September 2022.
Attorney Shai Cohen – Attorney Cohen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, both from Tel Aviv University, and qualified as an attorney in 2021. Attorney Shai Cohen interned with the Shibolet Law Firm and joined Bahar Shabtay in January 2023.
Attorney Adi Amir – Attorney Amir graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Reichman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Environmental Sciences from Tel Hai College and qualified as an attorney in 2022. Attorney Amir interned with the Public Defender’s Office – Central District and joined Bahar Shabtay in April 2023.
