With over 15 years of experience, Attorney Bahar has a sterling reputation for managing complex litigation cases, along with a high media profile. Attorney Bahar has extensive experience in litigation before all judicial instances in Israel and has represented and continues to represent clients in precedent-setting proceedings with broad implications. Considering his extensive experience in the civil-commercial field, Attorney Bahar provides the comprehensive service in the field, while providing personal service and a unique angle in every case. Attorney Bahar counsels a variety of companies in all areas of commercial law and serves, for many years, as legal counsel, on a pro-bono basis, for the “Larger than Life” Non-Profit Organization.

Attorney Bachar previously served as an adjudicator at the Tel Aviv District Bar Association’s disciplinary court.

Attorney Naama Shabtay Bahar has been active in the field for 15 years, has extensive experience in working with employers in labor law, being involved in complex procedures with a high media profile. Because of the sensitivity and complexity of the field of labor law, Attorney Naama Shabtay Bahar regularly works with the Firm’s clients, while providing creative solutions to various issues emerging in the field. She also represents clients in all judicial instances. Her extensive experience in the field makes it possible to bring the parties to an agreement even outside the court.
In addition, Attorney Shabtay Bahar is regularly invited to lecture before employers and organizations (such as the Israel Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, etc.).

Civil- Commercial Litigation
Representation in all judicial instances (arbitrations and mediation); ongoing counsel to local and international corporations; non-profit organizations; representation in commercial transactions; representation in insolvency proceedings and appointments as officers in said proceedings; tender law, inheritance disputes, wills, and banking issues.
Ongoing legal counsel to employers; writing professional opinions, representation at many judicial instances (Supreme Court, mediation, arbitration, parity committees, disciplinary committees, etc.), legal support for employers during initial organization, including negotiating the signing of collective agreements, representations before the Ministry of Economy (various permits, investigations under the Law for the Enforcement of Labor Law, etc.), lectures to employees and managers on various labor law issues.

Attorney Gal Yaffe graduated from Herzliya’s Interdisciplinary Center and holds an LL.B. and a B.A. (in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. Attorney Yaffee interned at the firm of Furth, Wilensky, Mizrachi, Knaani, and was called to the Israel Bar in 2016.
Attorney Sharon Hananel graduated from Bar-Ilan University with an LL.B.in Law and Political Science, interned with Horn & Co., and was called to the Israel Bar in 2019.
Contributing to the Community
The “Larger than Life” Non-Profit Organization (NPO) is Israel’s largest and works for the quality of life of cancer-stricken children and their families. The Firm provides comprehensive legal services to this NPO, and to other NPO’s as a contribution to the community on a “pro-bono” basis, throughout Israel. Also, its Labor Law Department provides legal counsel for disadvantaged workers who were severely and blatantly harmed by their employer, this also on a “pro bono” basis, intending to promote proper working relations in the State of Israel.
