Projects in Israel
The main goals that B. Yair has set for itself are to lead Israel’s residential culture, to adapt itself to the needs of the Israeli society, and to design and construct unique and prestigious projects throughout Israel and abroad. B. Yair chose to participate in tenders for the Ministry of Housing’s "Mehir Lemishtaken" program (in its old version). B. Yair has won three such project tenders in Ramat Beit Shemesh, in Modi’in’s Tzipor neighborhood and in Ramla’s Mazliach neighborhood. Over the years, B. Yair has built and is building in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Netanya Rishon Lezion, Modiin, Ma’ale Adumim, Beitar Illit, Beit Shemesh, Givat Zeev and Tzur Hadassah.
Projects Under Construction
• "Mishkenot Ha’Uma" a new neighborhood in Jerusalem’s most exclusive setting providing perfect luxury, quality of life and status encompassing 282 luxury housing units in its first stage, 108 units in the second stage and 125 units in the third stage (company’s part is 36 units). The project’s exclusive commercial avenue consists of 5,000 sq.m of commercial space.
• "Arnona Exclusive" – In Jerusalem’s prestigious Arnona neighborhood. Two luxurious buildings of 12 floors each are located, encompassing 120 luxurious units. The project is adjacent to a park and an ancient aqueduct that brought water to the Jerusalem Temple.
• "Sarei Yisrael", in Jerusalem’s popular Romema neighborhood (in cooperation with Balalious Group), continuing the success of stage A of the project, the project includes 68 residential units near a main road in Jerusalem. The project is currently being populated.
• "AIR Tzur Hadassah" – at the green summit of Tzur Hadassah, near Jerusalem continuing the "Green Village" success. Three intimate buildings encompassing 27 units. The Residents, which recently received their apartments, benefit from a young environment with privacy and natural beauty.
• "Chen Ha’Ayalot" in Givat Zeev. The project offers 19 buildings with 76 units.
B. Yair is currently active at building sites across the country and continues to expand its operations.
• "Mishkanot Ha’Uma", Stage C – 36 residential units of 2, 3, 4 and 5 rooms apartments as well as luxurious duplexes.
• "Chen Ha’Ayalot", Stage B – 5 buildings with a total of 30 residential units.
• "Lev Yehud" is an urban renewal project. The project is going up in the heart of Yehud between Weizmann, Alpert and Katznelson streets with 600 units.
Commercial Real Estate
• Mishkenot Ha’Uma Leisure and Entertainment Center in Jerusalem. The project under construction includes 5,000 sq.m. of luxury commercial space in a boulevard strategically located at the entrance to Jerusalem with optimal access to major routes; the Light Rail, the railway under construction, the central bus station, Begin Highway, and Roads 1 and 443.
• "Sarei Yisrael", under construction in Jerusalem’s Jaffa and Sarei Yisrael Streets near the main entrance to the city on the route of the Light Railway and the planned railway includes 3,000 sq.m. commercial space and 5,000 sq.m. of offices.
The company operates through its subsidiary "Sidi Kft Investments" in Prague and in Budapest, and focuses on developing and building residential units and commercial spaces.
• The Krasna Horka Project – in which the company completed the successful marketing of 256 residential units and commercial space.
• The "Byty Malesice" Project – following the successful marketing of stage A, which included 282 residential units and additional commercial space. These days, the company is completing the project’s second stage, which includes 270 residential units and additional commercial spaces.
• "Sidi Angel" Project, Stage A – includes 176 residential units. This project’s marketing and sales were finalized in the passing year.
• "Sidi Angel" Project, Stage b – includes 152 residential units and additional commercial space. The construction of this project was recently finalized.
• The company owns additional land in Budapest (105 dunam), which is currently in its planning stages. The land is designated for residence, offices and hotels.
