The B.S.R. Group is an innovative engineering and entrepreneurial conglomerate specializing in the initiation, construction, and management of real estate projects in Israel and abroad. For the past 40 years, the Group has been led by Nachshon Kivity, Engineer and a team of professional managers, in the fields of finance, marketing, engineering, planning management, supervisory management, urban renewal and management personnel.
The B.S.R. Group’s resume notes over 100 large and complex residential, employment, commercial, and mixed-use projects that have been planned, executed and populated with great success and are now positioned as the most sought-after and high-quality projects. The B.S.R. Group has an excellent reputation which is based on its project initiation, management capabilities, planning and execution, all the while ensuring uncompromising construction quality, compliance with budgets and schedules. In addition, the Group is highly trusted by the banking system and its projects are supported by the leading banks in Israel. Over time, the Group has started and built over 4,000 residential units located in the heart of in-demand areas and over 1 million square meters of employment and commercial space in Israel, all of which have redefined the employment metropolis. The B.S.R. Group has made its mark in every major city in Gush Dan, with large, significant and successful projects in Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan and Petah Tikva. In 2022, the B.S.R. Group completed the construction and successful occupancy of the 50-story ROM Tower in the Tzameret Park neighborhood in Tel Aviv, the B.S.R. CITY project in Petah Tikva, which comprisesfour4 30-story office towers and 30,000 square meters of commercial space, and its evacuation-reconstruction project–NEXT on the Park, at 6-10 Derech Ha’Tayasim, in Tel Aviv’s Tel Haim neighborhood, which offers 260 residential units and is financed by Bank Hapoalim.
During 2023, the B.S.R. Group is expected to begin construction and marketing of 750 residential units in Tel Aviv.
In recent years, the B.S.R. Group has undertaken significant steps to strengthen its income yielding division and expanded its entrepreneurial activity in the form of purchasing strategic land plots, in the most sought-after locations, and improving them to initiate large-scale projects with an inclusive mix of uses.
Nowadays, the B.S.R. Group is promoting three complex and significant projects that continue to prove it as one of the leading and influential real estate companies in Israel:
1. VERTICAL – The B.S.R. Group, together with partners, won an Israel Land Authority tender for the purchase of the lease rights in the “Stock Exchange Triangle” complex in Ramat Gan, which covers an area of 10 dunams intended for the construction of 750 residential units for long-term rental and student dormitories, office towers, public buildings and commercial areas with a total area of 176,000 square meters.
The B.S.R. Group is working in cooperation with the Ramat Gan Municipality to promote a building permit to increase the building rights to an additional 300,000 square meters based on the outline plan of the Stock Exchange Triangle.
2. MEDICITY – The B.S.R. Group purchased 50% of 16 dunams in Petah Tikva, next to the Beilinson Hospital. The land plot already has an existing 56,000 square meters of office and commercial space and 62,000 square meters of basement space. The B.S.R. Group intends to promote a new municipal building plan and establish an income-yielding project offering doctors’ clinics, offices for hi-tech companies in the medical field, a hotel for the hospital, student residences, special residences for the medical staff, sheltered housing, large-scale commercial areas that support employment, and a public parking lot for 1,000 parking slots..
3. Sha’ar Ha’ir, Jerusalem – Along with partners, the B.S.R. Group won an Israel Land Authority tender for the construction of a mixed-use project in the business district at the entrance to the city of Jerusalem. The B.S.R. Group is promoting detailed planning of the project in which it is possible to establish about 120,000 square meters of employment, commercial and hotel space, all besides 380 residential units for long-term rental.
Major Projects Now Under Construction
• B.S.R. ICON, in Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange Complex – an office tower offering 34,000 square meters of office and commercial space on 30 floors. The project has been successfully marketed in full.
• B.S.R. Rishon, Rishon LeZion – 24,000 square meters of office space above a commercial floor and parking basements. The project has been successfully marketed in full. The B.S.R. Group is promoting a municipal building plan for an additional office tower in the complex of 35-40 floors above additional commercial space.
• 1K B.S.R., in Rishon LeZion – two 25-story office towers with 70,000 square meters of employment space and a 3-story pavilion above a commercial floor and parking basements in Rishon LeZion’s Aleph complex. The project has been successfully marketed in full.
• B.S.R. Sarona, Tel Aviv – A mixed-use project in Sarona Park in the heart of Tel Aviv, which offers three 39-story residential towers with over 8,000 square meters of office and commercial space.
• B.S.R. in Mahane Yehuda, Jerusalem – two 31-story residential towers with 308 housing units in the heart of the Mahane Yehuda market. The project has been successfully marketed in full.
• BY THE SEA on the Bat Yam Promenade – a commercial center with an area of 3,500 square meters at the foot of Bat Yam Promenade’s Sunset beach.
Contributing to the Community
The B.S.R. Group has been active in the “Adopt a Warrior” project for many years and, for 15 years already, has adopted the “Egoz” commando unit.
