Urban Renewal

To offer urban planning projects, Azorim has established a separate and independent division for gentrification and TAMA 38 projects. Leading experts in the sector manage the division and draw on Azorim’s proven professional capabilities and record, along with systemic flexibility that is required for urban renewal projects. As a result, Azorim leads Israel’s 2017 urban renewal index. Azorim is involved in the planning of 20 projects, involving more than 9,000 residential units located in such cities as Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya, Bat Yam, Jerusalem, Haifa, Givat Shmuel, and more.

Selected Projects in 2019

Herzliya Hills – a private and prestigious residential complex, in collaboration with “Ofer Investments,” which will offer 600 residential units, along with a range of unique services, such as a country club with a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a fitness center, a commercial center, a large park and more.

Azorim Motza Illit – at  the entrance to Jerusalem, in a location with historical value, is a prestigious residential project that will offer its residents everything needed for an exclusive living experience. This unique project offers 218 residential units, a pool, and a fitness center and covers over 60 dunams. It also offers a range of residential units in low-lying buildings, surrounded by cedar trees and overlooking the magnificent Jerusalem landscape.

Azorim – New Rehovot – one of the most sought-after residential complexes in the city, mainly by young families and those that wish to improve their living experiences. The complex, the building of which began 18 years ago, houses more than 2,000 households and is now a flourishing residential neighborhood that combines a modern pace of life with a sense of community. 17 Central Park – in the heart of Be’er Sheva and currently under construction is Israel’s largest residential park which is being built in collaboration with “Y.H. Damari”. 17 Central Park is a residential complex that offers more than 2,300 residential units, in 17 towers of 29 floors each. Azorim Ha’Nevi’im Boutique – an exclusive residential project that restores Ha’Nevi’im Street to its past splendor, and its being one of Jerusalem’s most sought after streets.
