The Group’s Activities – Initiation, Promotion of Evacuation-Reconstruction Complexes, and Construction

Avney Derech focuses on initiating and executing residential projects throughout Israel, starting with purchasing the land through all stages of planning, construction, development, marketing, the sale of apartments, and occupancy, as well as promoting evacuation-reconstruction complexes.

The Group has a financial advantage that allows it to begin large projects. The Group owns the Gal Ariel Construction Company, its 100% owned subsidiary, which serves as the Group’s construction arm. The subsidiary is a registered contracting company with an unlimited contractor classification. Gal Ariel employs leading professionals with many years of experience.

Current and Future Projects With Israel Land Authority Tenders and Privately – Owned Land

Avney Derech has an inventory of thousands of housing units in many projects in the planning and construction stages. Along with residential entrepreneurship, Israel Land Authority tenders and privately – owned land, and under market trends, in recent years, the Group has expanded its areas of activity and entered new avenues of activity, including extensive activity in urban renewal.

The backlog of housing units owned by the Group in 2023 totals approximately 7,000 units now in the planning and execution stages, located in Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Tiberias, Afula, Harish, Netanya, Be’er Sheva, Beit El, Yokneam, Alfei Menashe, Lod, Tel Aviv, Holon, Ramat Gan, Bat Yam, Tsfat, Katzrin, Be’er Yaakov, Dimona, Ofakim and Ramle. By the end of 2023, the Group will deliver over 1,700 units.

The Urban Renewal Arm

Avney Derech specializes in promoting urban renewal projects, providing a comprehensive solution from the initiation phase of evacuation-reconstruction complexes, and promoting and managing the planning and execution of the projects. The Group works closely with the apartment owners in total transparency and has hundreds of units in advanced stages of building plan approval, located nationwide.
