The Company, which believed that this field would continue to grow, continued its activities, and today is working on several projects, including:
District “A” in Ashdod:
The “Mitham Ha’Nasi” project includes the evacuation of 186 families and the construction of 1,126 new housing units, along with commercial and public buildings for the residents’ benefit. The project is awaiting a hearing before the district commission.
The “Herzl” project includes the evacuation of 72 families and the construction of 387 new housing units in three residential towers. The project is in the advanced stages of planning and towards a hearing before the local planning and building committee.
The “Kiryat Moshe” project in Rehovot – an urban renewal project under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and the Rehovot Municipality. In October 2019, the project was recognized by the National Planning and Building Committee. Up to now, the Company has secured the approval by signature of 75% of the residents in the three different complexes, which will involve the construction of 750 new housing units. During the first phase, the Ministry of Construction and Housing will issue a tender offering allowing only developers holding a significant number of approval signatures to take part in the tender and carry out the evacuation-reconstruction project on supplementary land reserves.
