Insolvency
For many years, the Firm has been ranked among Israel’s leading law firms in insolvency, liquidations, bankruptcy, and receivership proceedings of both individuals and companies. Adv. Avichai Vardi is appointed from time to time by the various courts as a functionary on their behalf, in multiple fields, including the rehabilitation and recovery of companies and individuals. The Firm’s Professional Team
Adv. Avichai Vardi is the Firm’s Founder and Head since 1992. Adv. Vardi holds an LLB. from Bar Ilan University, is a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1990, and also serves as Chairman of the Liquidations and Receivership Committee of the Tel Aviv and Central District Bar Association. He is considered an expert in corporate insolvency and banking issues.
“Apartment Sales Law” was written by Adv. Avichai Vardi, and results from the author’s experience and legal research. The book deals with issues that arise during the purchase of an apartment or any real estate property and discusses at length the issue of collateral. The book also deals with issues of construction defects, common property, the rights of buyers of previously-owned apartments, lawyers’ negligence, as well as combination transactions, sharing, and purchasing groups. The book has been successful among buyers, contractors, lawyers, and judges.
Adv. Raziel Banin holds an LLB. from Bar Ilan University and has been a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1995, and in the same year, joined the Firm. Adv. Banin is also a notary by training and deals with real estate law, contract law, property law, taxation, registration, estate law, inheritance, and wills.
Adv. Tom Kedem holds an LLB. with honors from Shaarei Mishpat College and an LLM. from the Hebrew University. Adv. Kedem has been a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2009. He joined the Firm in 2007 as an intern and was appointed partner in 2018. His fields of practice are primarily insolvency and litigation.
Adv. Oz Solomon holds an LLB. from Shaarei Mishpat College and has been a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2017. Adv. Solomon joined the Firm in 2014 as a pre-intern and grew within the Firm. His fields of practice are primarily insolvency issues.
Adv. Shlomi Erez holds an LLB. and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration. He has been a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2006. Adv. Shlomi deals primarily with corporate matters, hi-tech and United States Real Estate. Adv. Erez is a former senior employee of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Adv. Arel Cil holds an LLB. from the Ono Academic College and has been a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2021. He joined the Firm in 2019 for an internship and grew within the firm.
Adv. Roi Shemesh holds an LLB. from the Ono Academic College and, from 2021, is an intern with the Firm.
