Ashtrom Properties, part of the Ashtrom Group, is active in initiating, constructing, acquiring, and managing income-generating properties in Israel and abroad. The Company manages over 720 thousand square meters of office, commercial, industrial, and logistic income-generating properties throughout Israel and in major cities worldwide.

Ashtrom Properties has accumulated many years of knowledge and experience and enjoys a solid reputation and financial base. These advantages are reflected in the quality of its investments in Israel and abroad, which have proven themselves over time. The Company has adopted a long-term investment strategy that is expressed, inter alia, in the self-management of its properties and ensures quality properties with a high level of maintenance for many years.

The Ashtrom Group

The Ashtrom Group, one of Israel’s most prominent and leading construction and real estate groups, was founded in 1963 and has been owned and managed by several families for generations. The Group has extensive and varied construction and real estate activities and comprises companies in construction, rental housing, residential complexes, and real estate management. In addition, the Group operates in the international arena through extensive operations in Africa, Eastern Europe, and the United States. The Group has maintained economic stability and financial strength over time and its securities are listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s Tel Aviv 35 Index.

Ashtrom Properties – Areas of Activity

Offices and Employment – The Company owns and manages several office towers and employment centers, including hi-tech and technology complexes, populated by tenants from the liberal professions, alongside leading global companies in hi-tech, pharma, etc. Property investments are focused on environmental development, allowing for urban open spaces, access roads, a dynamic work environment, and more.

Retail Trade – The Company owns and manages several properties nationwide in the retail sector. The extensive property portfolio combines urban shopping centers, malls, and integrated shopping projects, which are an example of the Company’s long-term strategy.

Industry and Logistics – The Company is involved in developing, managing, and renting industrial and logistic buildings, covering an area of more than 200 thousand square meters, located throughout the country.

Ashtrom Port – A complex of managed workspaces for companies owned by Ashstrom Properties. The PORT is part of the management and service vision of Ashstrom Properties, which advocates putting the end users at the center and providing a variety of solutions following the needs of its customers – from the smallest to the largest.

In addition, the PORT creates a unique work experience for its tenants and residents of the projects. This experience includes a business lounge, a conference and event center, a fitness complex, and meeting rooms in a variety of sizes. The first complex opened in January 2021 in Hod HaSharon and in May 2023, the second complex opened in Bnei Brak’s Lyfe Towers. Other PORT complexes are expected to be opened in other entrepreneurial projects currently under construction.

Ashtrom Properties Germany – The Company has been active in Germany for over a decade. It holds an impressive portfolio of 13 properties covering 186 thousand square meters, located in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Wolfsburg, Leipzig, Böblingen, Mannheim, Dortmund, and Hessen.

Ashtrom Properties UK – The Company’s operations in the UK began in May 2019. Since then, the Company has acquired three office buildings, covering 71 thousand square meters, in Liverpool, Manchester, and Birmingham.

Ashtrom Host – is an innovative setup for ongoing and experiential organizational management developed by the Company for tenants of its properties. The setup includes a variety of service possibilities including managing and booking guests, reporting faults and service calls, requesting Ashtrom Port services, and more.

Selected Income-Generating Properties

Hod Hasharon Towers – the “Hod Hasharon Hi-Tech Park” covers 30 dunams in the Neve Ne’eman Industrial Zone. The Park offers five office towers with a total built-up area of 70 thousand square meters. As part of the development activity to improve the Company’s existing properties, a master plan was approved for the complex for an additional office tower of 60 thousand square meters.

The Hutzot Ha’Mifratz Outlet – Israel’s most prominent commercial complex, covers an area of 200 thousand square meters and offers a variety of retail trade shops.

Bat Yam Mall – a large and centrally located mall owned by Ashtrom Properties and the BIG Group that offers 30 thousand square meters of commercial space on three floors and 1,000 parking slots.

Gavish House, Netanya – located in the northern part of Netanya’s industrial area, with a unique interior space in the shape of a dome. The property offers a mix of uses and combines commercial, office, and storage areas covering over 18 thousand square meters.

Shoham Shopping Centre – located in the community’s center and offers various services and facilities.

Rosh Pina Mall – the mall is located in Israel’s North and is an authentic architectural gem that covers an area of 7,500 square meters and has two indoor shopping floors.

Properties in Planning and Under Construction

LYFE, Bnei Brak – the new and largest business complex in BBC, from Ashtrom Properties and Dan Real Estate, located strategically facing the Yarkon Park, close to the light rail, offering a first-rate standard of management and services. The project offers two newly-completed office towers, and a third office tower in the future. The complex will cover 200 thousand square meters, offering office and commercial space in an innovative and advanced work environment.

The Elef Complex, Rishon LeZion – from Ashtrom Properties in partnership with The Phoenix. The partners are promoting the construction of a huge complex for office and commerce, that will cover over 60 dunams and is expected to cover a total area of 355 thousand square meters.

OLIO, Bat Yam – from Ashstrom Properties and the BIG Group. Next to the renovated Bat Yam Mall, an advanced complex for mixed use, which will offer a residential tower with 160 apartments, and an office and commercial tower. The connection between the new and the existing creates a perfect synergy of retail and service experiences and can suit a wide range of tenants, from the field of medicine, aesthetics, and the liberal professions.

Ashtrom Campus–Yavne – an advanced and innovative office project designed as a green campus and intended for employees and end-users of the leading companies of the Israeli economy, offering 85 thousand square meters of employment space in three main buildings with easy-to-divide floors, combining clean and functional areas.

Hayetzira – Ramat Gan – The construction of a prestigious office tower in the heart of Ramat Gan’s diamond exchange complex at the corner of Abba Hillel and Hayetzira, offering 50 thousand square meters.

THE CAPITAL – Jerusalem – A mixed-use project that combines office, residential and commercial space in a central location, in immediate proximity to trains (regular and light) and is part of the new entrance quarter to the city. THE CAPITAL complex was built in partnership with the Belilios Group, Aka Real Estate, and Drori Real Estate.

Ashtrom Comm-U Talpiot, Jerusalem – An innovative business complex located in the heart of the renewed Talpiot district covering 10 dunams that will offer 50 thousand square meters for offices and commerce, and providing the exact combination of business, quality, and experience, allowing its tenants to enjoy a sophisticated work environment.
