Ashstrom operates in Israel directly and through companies operating in all areas of construction and infrastructure, with all classifications, requirements and financial capabilities for different projects.

Construction Sector
Ashtrom operates nationwide and through Ashstrom Engineering and Construction, Ashstrom Jerusalem, and Ashstrom Construction-North, and carries out a wide variety of projects in the fields of luxury towers, residential neighborhoods, office buildings, hotels, trade, industry, security, and logistics.
Ashstrom is the pioneer in the field of industrialized construction in Israel. At the Ashcrete factories in Ashdod, Ashtrom produces a variety of industrialized and complex elements for the group in the field of residences, offices, and infrastructure and the MLT company in the field of education and security buildings. Moreover, the factories serve many private, public, construction, infrastructure, and logistics companies. Ashtrom also specializes in complex underground works and through its Base-Pile, undertakes many foundation construction and groundwork projects.

Infrastructure Sector
Ashstrom is active in land, air, and sea large-scale infrastructure projects, mainly for the public sector: Israel Routes, Israel Ports Company, Airports Authority, Israel Railways, local authorities, and B.O.T projects throughout Israel.
Ashstrom, together with a partner, completed the new Gulf Port in Haifa, with a financial scope of NIS 4 billion. Through Drachim Company, the Group is building an array of expressways at the Glilot Intersection, and the Nahal Hadera bridge. The company also built the runways and parking lots at the new Ramon Airport in Timna, at the Ben Gurion Airport, and various roads and interchanges throughout Israel.

Ashstrom Industries is active, through various subsidiaries, in the production, marketing, and sale of raw materials, products, and additives unique to the construction industries. Israbton – a leading company in the production and supply of concrete supplied through a fleet of mixers and concrete factories throughout Israel.
Ashkalit 268 – provides white blocks for green construction, noted for low specific weights, high thermal insulation and acoustic capabilities.

Ashstrom Properties has a portfolio of office buildings covering 147,000 square meters under direct ownership in Germany. The company acquires, develops and manages its properties which are located in Dusseldorf, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dortmund and Essen. in England, the company owns income – generating office buildings covering 66,000 square meters, in Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.

Ashstrom Concessions – Rental Residences
Ashstrom specializes in concession projects from the field of P.P.P, P.F.I, B.O.O, and D.B.O.T based on close cooperation between the private and public sectors and the various funding bodies. In the area of rental residencies, Ashstrom builds and operates 2,000 units for rent in Haifa’s Naot Peres, in the Gadna and Nursery complexes in Tel Aviv, Kiryat Ha’Yovel in Jerusalem, Bnei Brak North and in Lod’s international quarter. Group Operations Abroad
Contracting, construction and infrastructure – Ashstrom has built residential, commercial, office, hotel, hospital and public buildings. The company has extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects in the fields of paving and bridging, establishing airports, water systems, sewage treatment facilities, and fuel infrastructures. Ashstrom has completed a project covering 120,000 square meters of residential and public buildings and a hospital in Zambia’s capital city. The company also operates in Jamaica and Nigeria.
Residential initiatives – Ashstrom is active in the development and initiation of residential neighborhoods in the United States. Its flagship project is OAKHILLS, in Orlando, Florida, which includes land for thousands of units and is in the advanced stages of construction and marketing of luxury homes and lots for self-construction. The group is also active in Portugal, where it is building and marketing a unique and prestigious residential neighborhood in Gaya and later on in Porto.
Real Estate Properties for Investment in Eastern Europe – Ashstrom established and operates a luxury shopping mall and hotel in the heart of the pedestrian mall in the center of Belgrade, Serbia. In addition, the company owns several profitable properties in Romania and Bulgaria.
