About The Company
All Company activities, starting with locating the land for purchase, through absolute control on the stages of construction and management of its economic aspects, are controlled by Oded Shriki, the Company’s Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer, a well-known and well-respected real estate developer in Israel’s south. At the beginning of his career, Oded Shiriki worked as a professional, and handyman, and later as a subcontractor for various construction companies and entrepreneurs. In 2002, Oded Shriki founded “Arzey Hanegev Development and Construction Ltd.’ to construct residential projects. Seven years later, Oded Shriki turned to real estate entrepreneurship. Over time, the Company has built thousands of housing units in commercial and residential projects in Be’er Sheva, Netivot, Arad, Modi’in, Be’er Ya’akov, Bnei Brak, Bat Hefer, Jaffa and Netanya.

Quality Personnel and Advanced Equipment
Arzey Hanegev Development and Construction Ltd. benefits from a unique infrastructure of quality personnel and advanced equipment, which allow it to undertake projects on a large scale, at a high-quality level, and on shorter schedules than is customary in the industry. The Company owns concrete plants, cranes, trucks, heavy equipment, aluminum factories, welding workshops, etc. All Company activities are centralized under one roof, and as it owns most of the equipment, the Company does not need subcontractors. This work method contributes to complying with time schedules the Company has committed to.

Income Generating Real Estate
In addition to residential construction, the Company also build income-generating commercial buildings that generate strong returns monthly. One building is a prestigious shopping center in Netivot, which covers 20,000 square meters and offers commercial areas, restaurants, and offices. The project was planned and designed as a classic, luxurious, Parisian-style project, providing a European shopping experience. The highlight of the complex is its “Eiffel Tower,’ which rises to a height of 30 meters and is designed using a unique style of architecture.
The Company also built Netivot’s BIG building, which offers space for offices, commerce, and light industry for small businesses. In Be’er Sheva’s Old City, the Company completed a building intended for students and a complex for garages, warehouses and emergency warehousing .

Leading Projects
Tiltan, Ofakim – An innovative residential and commercial project in the city’s new Afikey Hanahal neighborhood, close to a green spaces and main traffic arteries. This project will offer 300 housing units and is characterized by planning, construction and interior design at the highest standards. The project provides boutique buildings with 5, 4 and 3-room housing units, garden apartments, penthouses, and mini penthouses.’

The housing units include 5, 4, and 3-room housing units, garden apartments, spacious penthouses and mini-penthouses – all with a very high and meticulous construction standard. The neighborhood will include shopping centers, green parks, and public buildings.
“Shaar Hair,’ Netivot – a 24,000 square meter recreation, leisure, and commerce center will be constructed in Netivot’s “Sha’ar Ha’ir’ neighborhood. The center will meet the needs of the growing city population – with new residents alongside more senior residents whose children wish to continue living in the city. The center incorporates a meticulous modern design that will provide an exceptional entertainment experience. Moreover, luxury towers offering 300 housing units and an innovative hotel, the only one of its kind in the city, will also be built.
VIEW 360 Project, Be’er Ya’akov – 640 housing units in a well-maintained and modern neighborhood in Be’er Yaakov’s best location, and with access to major traffic routes. The project is close to shopping centers, entertainment places, schools, gardens, bank services, post offices, sports centers, green parks, and more.
Manhattan 15 Project, Netivot – a prestigious project offering 842 housing units and commercial space in a broad, well-kept, modern neighborhood. The project is in the best location in West Netivot, considered the city’s most developing area, with accessibility to major traffic routes and next to the train. The project offers a variety of housing units – garden apartments, penthouses, and 5-4 room housing units, with extensive and exacting design and planning. ‘Favorite/Arta,’ Be’er Ya’akov – a prestigious residential project offering 800 housing units and commercial space will be built in Be’er Ya’akov’s Telamim neighborhood, near the vacated Zerifin IDF base.
