Strategy and Activities
Originally established as the non-bank financing division of the Industrial Development Bank, Ampa Capital’s original expertise was in industrial equipment financing. Over time, its specialization has expanded to tangent areas, and Ampa Capital has transformed into a one-stop-shop of financing solutions for businesses.
Its product portfolio includes non-bank loans for businesses, commercial check discounting, real estate entrepreneurship financing, financing against mortgaged real estate properties, along with equipment financing. Its in-depth understanding of each sector and its ability to see the full picture allows it to tailor customized financing solutions for business needs, save costs, and produce growth engines.

Financing Activities
As a privately owned company, Ampa Capital finances its activities through internal equity, bank financing in Israel and abroad, financing from institutional bodies in the capital market. Its many financial successes and a realistic risk diversification policy have enabled the Company to make 13 debenture issues, which amounted to more than NIS 1.1 billion from institutional investors, securitized by cash flows.
In 2016, ‘Menora Mivtachim’, an insurance giant, joined the Company’s ownership, thus further strengthening the Company’s success. This, of course, along with a significant increase in the range of financial options for its customers.

Discounting post-dated Checks
Ampa Capital is one of the largest companies in the field of commercial check discounting. This service allows Ampa Capital customers to finance completed transactions for which the consideration was paid with a post-dated check.
These transactions involve future commercial checks. The customer sends the checks to Ampa Capital received from purchasers and in return, the customer gets immediate cash from Ampa Capital. The credit limit and its terms are determined according to the customer’s needs and data, with a credit period up to 360 days.

Financing Real Estate Projects and Financing Against Mortgaged Real Estate Properties
The synergy between Ampa Real Estate and Ampa Israel (both members of the Ampa Group) allows Ampa Capital to provide greater financing percentages to entrepreneurs and professional advice in accordance with the client’s needs.
Moreover, as an experienced non-banking body, Ampa Capital responds quickly and is suitable for any entrepreneur in developing the ultimate financing solution. The Company offers financial support to developers in residential construction projects in general and TAMA 38/1 in particular, including the issuance of guarantees under the Sales Act, as well as loans to supplement equity, bridging loans, etc.
In addition, the Company provides loans against mortgaged real estate properties to businesses for up to 10 years at a financing rate of up to 80%.

Long-Term Equipment Financing
Ampa Capital provides financing through several unique programs:
• Financial leasing for new and used equipment – financing is provided directly to buyers of new and used equipment in a short and efficient process.
• Financing of equipment under a loan track – a track intended for any customer who wishes to purchase production means to increase activity.
• Leaseback financing – this track allows customers to leverage their current production means optimally by liens and obtaining loans at significant financing percentages.

Short-Term Procurement Financing
Import financing or domestic financing – under this track, financing is provided for current procurement, goods, and services and improves the suppliers’ credit terms to the Company’s customers. Funding is provided by Ampa Capital against post-dated checks for a period of up to 180 days.
The scope of the credit facilities ranges from NIS 300 thousand to NIS 3 million per customer. Payments are also made directly to the customer’s bank account after proof of payment or directly to the suppliers.
Advantages of Ampa Capital’s Procurement Financing Plans:
• Discounts – advancing cash payments to suppliers allows Ampa Capital customers to benefit from cash payment discounts.
• No need for collateral and liens – increasing the credit period provided by suppliers for current purchases of up to 180 days beyond the original conditions, without collateral or liens allows Ampa Capital’s customers to optimize their cash flow.
