Insolvency – The department’s staff has extensive experience in representing various entities – companies, creditors, debtors, etc., involved in recovery and liquidation proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings of debtors, as well as extensive experience in the role as trustee and liquidator appointed by the various courts.
