About AGI GROUP – D.N.A.G. Properties and Projects Ltd.

AGI GROUP–D.N.A.G. Properties and Projects Ltd. is an investment, development, and management company active in real estate projects such as land improvement, residential construction, income-producing real estate and urban renewal projects

The secret of the AGI GROUP’s success lies in its ability to identify income-producing real estate opportunities, adapting properties to customer needs and providing service at the highest standards while being transparent and reliable.
Over time, AGI has located and improved hundreds of dunams of investment land throughout the country and has built and marketed a variety of real estate projects such as residential buildings, office towers, commercial areas, and urban renewal projects.
AGI, led by Dani Agi and David Aliyev, employs a battery of real estate experts, financiers, lawyers, accountants, bookkeepers, salespeople, and customer service personnel.

The Vision: A Home for People and not for “Sharks”
Striving for excellence characterizes the dedicated and qualified staff. The professionals work with clients personally and closely all along the way. Thus, AGI earns its clients’ trust in all projects it manages, and indeed, a high percentage of AGI’s clients come back again.
“We consider our investors as part of the family and offer them uncompromising service,” emphasizes Dani Agi. “Our vision is to be a home for people and not for “sharks,” and accordingly, we allow everyone to invest in real estate, in diverse projects, with very flexible payment schedules. Our clients earn reasonable returns on their initial investments.”

Looking Ahead: An Uncompromising Commitment to Customers
Agi notes that in every project the Company markets, it keeps a certain ownership percentage. “This is because of our firm belief in each of our projects. We are committed to looking ahead, to identify opportunities that apply to all our clients and bring the real estate world directly to them,” concludes Dani Agi, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the AGI GROUP.

Real Estate for Investment Purposes
Ashdod – Nahal Quarter: A plan promoted by the Ashdod Municipality to build a residential neighborhood of 15 thousand housing units in the city’s last land reserve. The AGI GROUP is marketing the quarter’s best-situated land reserve in the future community.
Hadera–Complex 24: The land is designated for saturated construction and is located west of Road 4, south of the Beitar neighborhood. The location is excellent as it is next to the Hadera forest.
Rishon Le’Zion: The “new Remez” neighborhood is next to the prestigious “senior Remez” neighborhood and is close to the city center. The land, intended for construction and already appears in the town master plan, is marketed by AGI GROUP and is in an excellent location – opposite Road 431 – Rishon Le’Zion Center.
Rishon Le’Zion: In the 1000 complex–4.9 thousand housing units, 1.7 million square meters where hi-tech, financial, and business centers, hotels, congress centers, exhibitions, research institutions, and special education institutions are planned, along with leisure and recreation complexes. A spacious and unique central park will be built in the center.
Glilot complex: According to the plan, in an area of 2 million square meters, 9 -12 thousand housing units and 500-700-thousand square meters of employment and commercial space will be built, including a transportation center and a train station.
Tel Aviv: Plan 3700 is between the Mandarin Hotel and Sde Dov in Tel Aviv and connects the prestigious northern neighborhoods of Tel Aviv to the sea. According to the plan, a community will be built to offer 12 thousand housing units, employment centers, hotels, and commercial and leisure buildings.
Bat-Yam: The “Sea Park” flagship project will offer 10 thousand housing units, an innovative sports center, public and cultural buildings, modern employment and a commercial center, which will cover 2 million square meters and include the “UP” business center.
Holon: Plan H-500 covers an area of 4 thousand dunams and is expected to offer 14 thousand housing units, one million square meters of employment and commercial space, 150 thousand square meters of space for public buildings, and a public park of 1.2 thousand square meters.
Hof Ha’Techelt Project: The most attractive land reserve today on the shoreline of Herzliya has recently become a magnet for many real estate investors. This is agricultural land that is being rezoned. Some 10 thousand housing units are planned, with industrial and commercial buildings and hotels along the coastline of the city of Herzliya.
Gedera: Agricultural land. According to information available to the Company, the land will be re-designated shortly for construction purposes.
Yokneam: An area between two residential neighborhoods. The probability of being re-designated seems high.

The planning of the project, which includes a very rich and meticulous specification, was entrusted to Yaski-Mor-Sivan, Architects.
