3 Louis Marshall, Corner of 10-12 Honi Ha’Me’agel, Tel Aviv (District 4)–a TAMA 38/2 project–43 units -the evacuation of 25 units to be replaced by a uniquely styled building.
503 Dafna Complex–201 units–an evacuation reconstruction project involving the evacuation of 66 units, replaced by a luxurious, textured construction tower.
3-13 Gvolut, Tel Aviv (Florentine) – combination transaction for the purchase of land – 45 units–the demolition of all existing buildings and construction of 2 new buildings.
Haharash and Haoman Complex, Tel Aviv (Florentine)–140 units – an evacuation-reconstruction project that includes demolishing 40 workshops and constructing two highly designed buildings.
10-12 Bruria, Tel Aviv–a TAMA 38/2 project – 52 units -the evacuation of 22 units and construction of a new and uniquely designed building.
Haruzim and Haviva Rike Complex, Ramat Gan – a TAMA 38/2 project – 119 units–the evacuation of 5 existing buildings and construction of 2 luxurious buildings, along with commercial space.
Abba Hillel/Assaf Complex, Ramat Gan–220 units–the evacuation of 91 units (nine existing buildings) and construction of a project that will offer three uniquely designed towers.
