Adam Shuster has extensive experience working on urban renewal projects of all types – combination transactions, TAMA 38, and evacuation-reconstruction. In its activity in urban renewal, Adam Shuster focuses on a select number of projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Ramat Hasharon, and more, and offer 4,000 new housing units. In the prestigious Shenkar/Shikun Vatikim neighborhood of Ramat Gan, Adam Shuster was recently selected as a developer for over 30 buildings in various complexes.

Naveh Shuster has been active in Israeli construction for over 50 years, providing thousands of homes across the country. Adam America has been active since 2009 in New York and, throughout its years of activity, has positioned itself as one of the leading and innovative players in the development of luxurious housing complexes in the metropolis of New York City, with an emphasis on Manhattan and Brooklyn where it has already delivered many hundreds of housing units. Thousands more units are in the planning and execution stages.

20-26 Hatanaim, Nave Avivim, Ramat Aviv – a TAMA 38/2 project – 75 units–the evacuation of 32 units (one building), replaced by the construction of 2 prestigious buildings.

19-23 Pinkas, Tel Aviv (District 4) – a TAMA 38/2 – 58 units–the evacuation of 24 units (one building), replaced by the construction of 2 luxurious buildings.

9-11 Professor Shor, Tel Aviv (District 4) – a TAMA 38/2 Project – 60 units–the evacuation of 29 units, replaced by the construction of 1 luxurious building.

3 Louis Marshall corner of 10-12 Honi Hameagel, Tel Aviv (District 4) – a TAMA 38/2 project–43 units -the evacuation of 25 units to be replaced by a uniquely styled building.

3-13 Gvolut, Tel Aviv (Florentine) – combination transaction for the purchase of land – 45 units–the demolition of all existing buildings and construction of 2 new buildings.

Haharash & Haoman Complex, Tel Aviv (Florentine) – 140 units – an evacuation-reconstruction project that includes demolishing 40 workshops and constructing two highly designed buildings.

10-12 Bruria, Tel Aviv – a TAMA 38/2 project – 52 units -the evacuation of 22 units and construction of a new and uniquely designed building.

Haruzim and Haviva Rike Complex, Ramat Gan – a TAMA 38/2 project – 119 units–the evacuation of 5 existing buildings and construction of 2 luxurious buildings, along with commercial space.

Abba Hillel/Assaf Complex, Ramat Gan – 220 units–the evacuation of 91 units (nine existing buildings) and construction of a project that will offer three highly uniquely designed towers.

Rama Complex, Tel Aviv – 230 units – an evacuation-reconstruction project involving evacuating 85 existing units and constructing two luxurious towers.

84 Sokolov, Ramat Hasharon – a TAMA 38/2 project – 51 units–the evacuation of 24 units and construction of a highly designed new building.
