Acro’s Projects in Israel
• Basel – the Basel residential complex includes three modern and prestigious boutique buildings with only seven floors and 183 apartments. Courtyards rich in vegetation are planned between the buildings, providing the residents with a green and pastoral quality of life.
• Ahimeir – the project offers two luxury towers of 17 floors each, with 165 apartments, designed meticulously by the Avner Yashar architectural office. The project is located in the heart of Tel Aviv’s Ramat Aviv “C” neighborhood and covers an area of 3,500 square meters, and offers pastoral development.
• Burla – in the heart of “Tochnit L,” one of the most high-quality neighborhoods in Tel Aviv, the 15-19 Burla project – a spectacularly beautiful work of architectural art, which includes three 9-story boutique buildings and 56 apartments.
• Acro–Sderot Yerushalayim – a project between Sderot Yerushalayim and Kehillat Canada streets. The project offers 4 9-story buildings, 2 15-story towers and a 19-story tower comprising a total of 300 apartments and 800 square meters of commercial space. The project is next to the “Mahrozot” light rail station (red line). The environmental development will also include a Linear Park and a sprawling Wild Garden with walking trails, amusement rides and bike paths.
• Miriam HaHashmonait  –10-20 Miriam HaHashmonait St., the new residential complex in Tel Aviv’s Older North – four stylish 8-story buildings, impressively designed.

• GOLF – in the heart of the Neot Afeka neighborhood, over 20 dunams, Acro Real Estate built a residential complex alongside commercial and office buildings. The project offers 200 apartments in 4 residential buildings.
• Wissotzky – the prestigious 6 Wissotsky project, currently under construction in Tel Aviv’s classic and enchanted Shikun Tzameret neighborhood, will offer two 15-story buildings and 173 apartments.
• Prazon – four 7-story buildings are under construction in the up-and-coming Yad Eliyahu neighborhood area of Tel Aviv, with a green garden in between.
• YARD – This residential complex is in the renewed Neve Sharet neighborhood, close to Kiryat Atidim and Ramat Ha’Hayal. The complex will offer 370 apartments in two 36-story towers, two 8-story buildings, and an expansive Yard in between. 370 apartments will be constructed above 1,000 square meters of commercial areas on the ground floor.
• Bart – the new residential complex in Ramat Aviv Ha’Yeruka, where Acro will offer three 5-story boutique buildings, five floors each, and 57 apartments.
• Moshe Sharet – a residential complex in Tel Aviv’s New North. The project covers 5.5 dunams and will offer four luxurious buildings with unique architectural designs surrounded by green areas.
• 80-88 Weizmann – a residential project with lavish architectural specifications, designated as the face of Tel Aviv’s new North. Two buildings with nine floors each, offering exquisitely designed apartments of various sizes.
• The Da Vinci Project – the project includes two luxurious residential towers with 400 apartments on the corner of Kaplan and Da Vinci Streets, with additional innovative commercial and office buildings covering 30,000 square meters.
• 17 Rothschild St. – a 20-story prestigious building with 64 luxury apartments as part of a complex that integrates conservation and restoration buildings with office space and a residential tower.
• The Gymnasia Tower – in the quiet, senior northern part of Tel Aviv, the project offers 30 floors and 108 apartments featuring a unique and luxurious design.
• Tel Aviv Cinema – a luxurious complex on the former Tel Aviv Cinema site. The project covers two dunams and has 36 “Bauhaus” style apartments and retail space.
• Oro – At the highest point in Jaffa – a 12-story building with 53 apartments. The entire building is a golden work of art, which provides its residents with a living experience combining luxury and quality of life with a modern setting and design.
• NOYA – a residential and commercial complex with 131 apartments in six buildings and 4 buildings for preservation buildings designated for commercial purposes.
• Florentin Village – a unique residential project at the eastern corner of the vibrant Florentin neighborhood. The project offers 170 apartments. Next to the residential project, a unique urban country club is currently under construction.
• Tel-Aviv Towers, Nahalat Yitzhak – two 34-floor luxury towers with a modern, unique design, with 240 apartments.
• ALPHA TLV – A 32 floor residential and hotel tower in Tel Aviv’s Yitzhak Sadeh district. On the lower floors is a business hotel with 200 rooms, and on the upper floors–a residence offering 120 apartments of varying sizes.
• ACRO VIEW – a project in northern Tel Aviv – the “Gush Hagadol” – an 11-floor tower with 31 sea-view apartments.
• Sea View – an innovative business center on the western edge of Herzliya’s Industrial Zone. The project offers two modern buildings with 16,000 square meters of commercial and office spaces. Acro’s main offices are on the top floor.
•One Tower – in Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange complex, on Abba Hillel Street. Acro Real Estate is building a magnificent office tower that rises 36 floors over an area of 36,000 square meters. The tower will also have a commercial floor.
• Microsoft Campus – on an area of 10 dunams in Herzliya Pituach’s Industrial Zone – a 10-story complex with a built-up area of 45,000 square meters. The campus is leased in full to Microsoft.
• Acro Tower – a modern, 31-story office and commercial tower covering an area of 20 dunams. The complex is in a central and strategic location at the corner of Yitzhak Sadeh and Hamasger Streets
• Acro Business Campus – is currently being constructed in the new entertainment and commercial quarter of Kiryat Ono – MY ONO, and offers three high-standard office buildings on a 13.5 dunam area–with 45,000 square meters of office and employment space and 4,500 square meters of commercial and entertainment space.
