About B.S.R. Group - Urban Renewal


B.S.R. Initiation and Urban Renewal is the entrepreneurial arm in the field of urban renewal of the B.S.R. Group. The extensive experience gained by the Group over time, the engineering expertise of the teams of engineers employed by it, the management teams, and the experienced customer service setup, afford B.S.R. a significant advantage in finding good and efficient engineering solutions, acceptable to the authorities in building projects of the highest quality. B.S.R. is a key player in urban renewal, with over 7,000 residential units in advanced stages of initiation, planning and licensing, in Israel's main cities.

As part of its extensive activity in the field of urban renewal, B.S.R. initiated and completed the successful occupancy during 2021 of the first evacuation-reconstruction project in East Tel Aviv, at 64-68 La Guardia Street. The project offers 275 residential units in “textured” construction finishing and commercial space, a combination of the more veteran tenants with the new population, all the while emphasizing environmental and community development, among other things, the construction of parking basements, warehouses, a gym and a residents’ club for the well-being of the residents of the complex while emphasizing the communality in the complex. The Bank Leumi Group assisted with project financing.
B.S.R. considers the residential unit owners full partners in the construction process. The process, at all stages, is carried out in a transparent, professional and cooperative manner, using all the tools available to B.S.R. for the well-being of residents. The initiation and management of the projects is carried out while providing a comprehensive response to all needs and requests of the residential unit owners, with monitoring of the residents until key delivery and even afterward.
B.S.R. believes that urban renewal is the present and future of the Israeli real estate industry. B.S.R. also emphasizes the community importance of projects of this type and is proud to take part in improving the quality of life and safety of thousands of families across the country.

Major Projects Currently Underway
• B.S.R. ICON in Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange Complex – an office tower offering 34,000 square meters of office and commercial space on 30 floors. The project has been fully marketed.
• “B.S.R. RISHON”, in Rishon LeZion – 24,000 square meters of office space above a commercial floor and parking basements. The project has been fully marketed. B.S.R. is promoting a municipal building plan for an additional office tower in the complex of 35-40 floors above additional commercial space.
• 1K B.S.R, Rishon LeZion – two 25-story office towers with 70,000 square meters of employment space and a 3-story pavilion above a commercial floor and parking basements in Rishon LeZion’s Aleph complex. The project has been fully marketed.
• B.S.R SARONA, Tel Aviv – A mixed-use project in Sarona Park, in the heart of Tel Aviv, which offers three 39-story residential towers with over 12,000 square meters of office and commercial space.
• B.S.R. in Mahane Yehuda, Jerusalem – two 31-story residential towers offering 308 residential units in the heart of the Mahane Yehuda market. The project has been fully marketed.
• NEXT on the Park, Tel Aviv – a residential complex in the Tel Haim neighborhood of Tel Aviv, consisting of 6 buildings in textured construction of 7-9 floors, totaling 260 residential units. The project has been fully marketed.
• BY THE SEA on the Bat Yam Promenade – a commercial center with an area of 3,500 square meters at the foot of Bat Yam Promenade’s Sunset Beach.

Contributing to the Community
B.S.R. has been active in the “Adopt a Warrior” project for many years and for 15 years already, has adopted the “Egoz” commando unit.
