The B.S.R. Group is a leading engineering group, specializing in the management of real estate projects in Israel and abroad. For the past 35 years, the Group has been managed by Nachshon Kivity, alongside a team of professional managers. The Group conceived the concept of purchase groups in Israel and has led the field for some three decades, under the B.S.R. Method.

The B.S.R. Group has completed more than 70 large and complex projects, which have included, inter alia, residential towers, office buildings, and retail space. The Group has a formidable reputation which is based on its managerial capabilities, and the planning and execution of real estate projects, all the while ensuring compliance with budgets and schedules. The Group has already initiated and constructed thousands of apartments as well as hundreds of thousands of square meters of commercial and office space, in Israel, US, and Europe.

The Group actively participates in the “Adopt a Fighter” project, and for the last eleven years has adopted the “Egoz” Special Forces unit of the Israel Defense Forces.

The B.S.R. Group is proud to expand its operations also into the field of urban renewal, and in the coming years will build thousands of apartments in several projects that are now in the advanced stages of initiation. This project will change the character of the more senior neighborhoods of Tel Aviv and Gush Dan.

The Group’s first project is NEXT TLV, which is located on Tel Aviv’s La Guardia Street, in collaboration with the Urban Gentrification Company, with which it has planned many more projects. The project is being constructed under the “purchase group” method, formulated by B.S.R. along with Leumi Mortgage Bank which has issued guarantees under the Law of Sales, to all residents who have evacuated their apartments in favor of the new project, from which they will receive a new apartment with a balcony and a storage room, all which will be larger than their current apartments. The project is located in the center of La Guardia Street and is bordered by two closed-in streets–”Ha’Gibor Ha’Almoni” and “Yiftach.” This is one of the last areas in Tel Aviv still before the local development boom, and the apartments can still be acquired at a readily affordable price. The project will offer four 7-8 floor buildings, with 275 apartments of 2-5 rooms, garden apartments, a mini-penthouse, and a penthouse.

The project will also offer a gym and a private club for the project’s residents. In addition, a commercial floor is planned for the building front, facing La Guardia Street. The project has been fully marketed, construction is underway, and population is expected by the end of 2020.

Future Projects Will Include:

  • Tel Aviv – LaGuardia Street – 500 apartments in 2 projects.
  • Tel Aviv–Ha’Tayasim Street – 260 apartments.
  • Bat Yam – 800 apartments.
  • Azor – 1,000 apartments.
  • Ramat Aviv – 250 apartments.
