For the past 30 years the group has been managed by Engineer Nachshon Kivity and a team of professional managers. The group consists of 3 engineering companies, traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. B.S.R. has developed the concept of Purchase Groups in Israel 30 years ago and has been leading this market ever since by implementing the model of self construction known as the "B.S.R. Method". This activity has been curried out via a public company, B.S.R. Projects. In addition the group has developed many real estate projects in Europe, via its other subsidiary B.S.R. Europe. The group enjoys considerable reputation based on its ability to manage the design and construction of engineering projects, with an emphasis on meeting budget and schedule. Over the years, the group initiated and developed dozen of thousands of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square meters of commercial and office space in Israel, U.S. and Europe.
