Office Depot Israel has three primary marketing channels:
1. Chain of stores – Office Depot Israel currently has 58 stores in Israel, extending from Karmiel in the north to Eilat in the south, including 5 Dyonon branches that are located at universities and colleges throughout Israel. The company intends to open two new branches during 2012. All company stores offer a comprehensive solution in terms of office supply, furniture, and technology combined with service and training that meets world-class standards. Following the establishment of digital printing services in four branches in 2011, during 2012 the company expects to offer digital printing services in five additional branches. The Office Depot printing service provides a wide range of high quality print products such as business cards, receipts, stampers, a wide range of binding possibilities, etc., all without quantity restrictions.
2. Sales channel to business customers in the form of a large call center complete with sales and service teams to receive orders and provide assistance to business customers. In addition, because of the demand, this year Office Depot launched a new service of personal support, which assigns a personal account manager to its business customers. The manager, together with the customer, considers any unique needs, while providing an exceptional and effective service experience.
3. Web site for online orders – Office Depot's online ordering system operates for private clients, companies, and large organizations that order their products through a personal budget management system. During 2012, Office Depot will launch a new site for the business sector, which will offer a comprehensive solution to customer needs, through the most advanced technological platform and an easy to use and convenient web interface.
Office Depot's new Home and Logistics Center
Office Depot has established its new headquarters and logistics center in Modiin. This is an advanced and modern center which was built according to world standards for logistic centers. The logistics center operates a supervised and efficient distribution network, which allows the company to provide better service to its customers. Office Depot offers a wide range of over 12,000 items, from staplers to computers, from pencils to prestigious furniture units. Business customers that order their supplies through the direct channel, benefit from a distribution network, which provides service up to their doorstep, with a stress on meticulous attention to quality and packaging. Delivery is on the business day following the order.
Community Service
Office Depot Israel cooperates with a number of social organizations such as Variety, the "Latet," "Aleh," "Ilan" Associations, as well as "College for All." It has also established programs for fundraising activities among its customers.
