It has handled a large number of capital market transactions representing both issuers and underwriters in the issuance of securities on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd., NASDAQ, AMEX, the AIM and the LSE. The firm has built up its experience of complex international transactions having represented the joint book runners, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in the $1.4 billion initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange of AFI Development PLC, a subsidiary of Africa Israel Investments, one of the largest companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In addition, the firm acted on the Rule 144A offering of Oil Refineries Ltd. which, together with the firm's representation of UBS, the sole international placing agent of the securities of Azrieli Ltd., are the two largest ever IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
