The Hanan Mor Group is an international real estate developer. Founded in 2004, the publicly held company develops, plans, markets, builds and manages residential projects in Israel and abroad. It is one of the first real estate groups in Israel to join the global trend of environment construction, and it implements the principles of sustainability through green building. The company aided in the formation of the green building registered foundation ("Amutah"), is part of the Israel Council for Green Building and is a member of the "Building a Difference" Committee, together with the Globes newspaper and the Israel Association of Builders.

The Environment Construction Leaders in Israel The group's commitment to sustainability extends to all levels of its activity and guides all of its actions, based on the belief that planning must also take into account the evolving challenges of the future. The group implements green planning already from the project's initial stages and. places strong emphasis on the character of homes and the interaction between Environment construction is based on five principles: a healthy lifestyle; efficient use of electricity and water, family and community life, family safety and convenience, and protecting the environment.

Management Approach The group's management approach is designed to strengthen and consolidate its growth, with the goal of enhancing the company's value and boosting its profits in accordance with business considerations, while showing corporate responsibility for shareholders, investors, employees and customers, for the business environment, the community and the natural environment in which we live.
Corporate Responsibility and the Ethical Code The company acts with corporate responsibility and was the first real estate company to receive the Maala Award in 2009 after publishing a report on corporate responsibility and sustainability. It has also formulated a code of ethics. In line with its notion of corporate responsibility towards its bondholders, the company decided to conduct early repayment of bonds (series A) a year before payment was due.
Financial Stability The Group ended the 2011 fiscal year with a profit of NIS 8.8 million. The company announced a dividend distribution to shareholders totaling NIS 3.2 based on profits in FY 2011 thus continuing divident payouts in the amounts of NIS 3.9 million and 6.5 million for 2011 and 2010 respectively. At the start of 2011 the company mobilized NIS 59 million in a bond issue (Series D') that was oversubscribed by the amount of NIS 215 million.
Current Projects The group currently has projects in Israel that include 1190 housing units, with a total value of about NIS 1,449 million: • "Dira Bemoshav" – 301 units at Talmei Menashe, near Rishon Letzion. • "Argaman" – 140 units in Ness Tziona. • Bait Belehavim – 70 villas and building plots. • "Yamim" – a 130-unit project in Ir Yamim in Netanya. • "Artist Quarter Apartments" – a 152 unit project in Ramla. • "Green Rehovot" – 101 units in Rehovot West. • "Four Seasons" in the Green Yavne neighborhood – comprising 94 housing units. • "Dira Bateva" – 106 units in the Zur Yizhak community. • "Green Ariel" – 96 units in the city of Ariel. Overseas, the group is developing and building 29 units in Poland and 126 units in Ukraine. In addition, the company is erecting a hotel in Poland and owns land in Romania and Bulgaria.
Contributing to the Community The Hanan Mor Group participates in many projects of personal volunteering, including work with youth through the Yeelim Tzahala NGO, in which company employees teach Ethiopian immigrants the basics of aviation, and also raise money for scholarships. The group has adopted the Neve Yehuda boarding school in Ness Ziona for orphaned children and hosts children from Sderot and other Gaza border communities at children's plays and other joint activities with the company's customers. The group also supports senior citizen housing, and contributes to other social welfare organizations in the areas where it operates.The group allocated 2% of its annual net profit from 2010 to support the fostering of community life.
