Maman was established as a state-owned company in 1974 and privatized in 1989. The Company's shares are traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The Company's major shareholder is Ta'avura Holdings Ltd., controlled by the Livnat family and the IDB Group. These shareholders guarantee the Maman Group's financial stability along with its many years of experience and know-how in all areas of the logistics industry. Maman Euro Logistics s.r.o. – manages and operates an advanced logistics site in the Czech Republic, near the border with Germany.

Maman Aviation – specializes in providing outsourcing services for aviation companies. Provides general sales agent (GSA) services for passengers and cargo to aviation companies, as well as ground arrangements and packages for the independent traveler.
Tal Limousine Service – supplies transportation services to Ben-Gurion Airport from all parts of the country, as well as transportation services in over 250 airports in the world.
LogistiCare Bonded – a wholly owned subsidiary of LogistiCare that provides bonded warehouse services.
Maman Cargo and Security – specializes in consultation and planning services for creating complete security and control systems for logistics sites, including design and implementation of security services, as well as control and monitoring of cargo and supply chain to prevent loss and reduce depreciation in the organization.
PSBedi-Maman India – An Indian logistics company jointly-held by Maman an the PSBedi , which operates in India. The company initial activity is the establishment of an archive in New Delhi and application of advanced solutions in that field in the Indian market.
