Mergers and Acquisitions: M. Firon & Co. represents Israeli and international clients in the planning and implementation of complex mergers, acquisitions and changes in corporate structure, including the handling of organizational restructuring and tax settlements arising from these transactions, as well as securing the approval for such transactions from the various authorities (the Securities and Exchange Authority, the Antitrust Authority and other relevant bodies).
