Urban Renewal Projects
The company is active in the field of urban renewal via two affiliated companies: Next UrbanRenewal that is involved in the field of evacuate and build in 14 city center projects in the major cities: Tel Aviv-Jaffa – 5 projects, Rishon Lezion – 2 projects, Beer Yaakov – two projects, Herzliya – one project, Haifa – one project, Givat Shmuel – one project, Yavne – one project and Petah Tikva – one project. The projects are in advanced acquisition and licensing stages.
A.Y. Building Renewal deals with sourcing and promoting projects under Master Plan 38 for reinforcing buildings against earthquakes and is active in 18 projects situated in high demand areas throughout Israel. The company reinforces buildings both under Master Plan 38 as well as Master Plan 38 Amendment 2. Herzliya – 5 projects, Tel Aviv – 2 projects, Givatayim – 3 projects, Ramat Gan – 5 projects, Rishon Lezion – 3 projects. The Almog C.D.A.I Group views urban renewal as a national and ideological mission for increasing the supply of apartments, empowering social equality in Israel and renewing Israel's city centers. International Operations
Almog has been active in Eastern Europe since 2000 and is currently involved in developing more than five large real estate projects in Romania. Prominent among these: a residential neighborhood extending over 7.7 hectares in the port city of Constanza. Additional residential and office buildings are being built in Bucharest and Constanza, while the company retains a reserve of agricultural land in the suburbs of these cities.

Social Responsibility
"To save one soul is equal to saving an entire world". Since its founding, Almog has been working for the community in a multitude of ways: It cooperates with the Cancer Society, with the LIBI Fund for soldiers, the Israeli Foundation for Handicapped Children, the Snir Association and the Society for Advancing Education in Tel-Aviv-Yafo. It also grants annual scholarships to students. All this reflects corporate responsibility, a sense of identification and recognition that it is important to contribute to Israeli society.
