Commercial-civil litigation; Class actions – Agmon & Co. is considered a leader in representing respondents in class actions and has handled over 300 cases in this field with an extraordinary rate of class action denials. Advocates Zvi Agmon, Yoav Hirsh, Ayelet Golomb-Planer, Dror Savransky, Uri Sorek and Tal Mayshar, who are among Israel's most prominent lawyers in this area, handle such cases.

Communications –
Over the years, Agmon & Co. has represented most of Israel's leading communications, Internet and television broadcasting companies before the various regulatory authorities, in motions to the High Court of Justice and in class actions.

Energy – Agmon & Co. is considered a leader in the energy field and works with a leading gas company as well as the major gasoline and energy companies, providing them with ongoing consultation and representation in complex legal proceedings and large-scale tenders.

Administrative Law – With over 25 years of experience, administrative law has been one of the core specialties of Agmon & Co. ever since the firm was headed by Advocate Dr. Mishael Cheshin. The firm is highly involved in all aspects of administrative law and represents its clients not only before the High Court of Justice but also before other courts, such as the Courts for Administrative Affairs. In addition, the firm represents its clients before regulatory bodies, planning committees, various appeals committees and investigative committees. The firm represented the Winograd Committee, which looked into the 2006 Second Lebanon War, before the High Court of Justice.

Tenders – Since established, Agmon & Co. has been involved in a significant number of large and exclusive tenders issued in Israel. The firm has represented clients both in legal proceedings related to tenders, and in disqualifying winning bids (due to defects that were present), while promoting the client's bid to win the tender.

Antitrust – Under the leadership of prominent antitrust lawyers Zvi Agmon and Mattan Meridor, Agmon & Co. has positioned itself among the top firms in this field, handling monopoly cases, restrictive arrangements and mergers, including some of the biggest mergers in Israel i.e., in the communications industry and food retail sectors. The firm has been successful in appealing decisions of the antitrust commissioner and in defending respondents in antitrust cases.

Real Estate – Four years ago, two senior attorneys in this field joined the firm. Avrum Porten, former head of planning and construction matters in the Ministry of Interior legal department, and Eyal D. Mamo, former chairman of the District Appeals Committee (Central District). This led to the establishment of the firm's Real Estate Department – a leader in this field of law. The department offers comprehensive legal consultation and representation from the planning stages to construction and population of properties as well as consultation and representation before planning and construction committees and appeals committees, and before the Court of Administrative Affairs. Finance – As part of its growth and development, Agmon & Co. has set out to become a leader in banking and finance litigation. In 2009, this department was significantly reinforced, with the arrival of Adv. Yona Goshen-Gottstein, one of Israel's leading finance attorneys, who served as legal advisor and deputy CEO at FIBI. Under her leadership, the department represents several top banks and other clients in finance-related matters.
