Over a period of fifty years, Danya Cebus has built prestigious residential neighborhoods such as Ramat Aviv Gimmel (north Tel Aviv), Kiryat Hasavyonim, The New Givat Savyon, The Nobel Prize neighborhood in Rishon Lezion and other neighborhoods which beautify Israeli cities. Beyond this, Danya Cebus has constructed impressive commercial centers including the Ramat Aviv mall and the Savyonim mall, in addition to sophisticated complexes such as the Ministry of Defense building in the "Kirya" (Israel's Pentagon in the heart of Tel Aviv), government complexes in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and others. Infrastructure
Danya Cebus has been responsible for the construction of large scale and complex projects such as: Highway 431 at a total cost exceeding NIS 2 billion, is a partner to the Yitzhak Rabin Highway – also called Road Six – a Trans-Israel highway, at a total cost of one billion NIS. It has performed Design Build projects such as the Highway 40 Beersheba Bypass as well as rail tracks, interchanges and bridges.
Building Abroad
Danya Cebus is actve in Romania via its Danya ROM subsidiary, that executes residential projects, shopping malls and office buildings.The Company successfully concluded its flagship project - AFI Palace in Cotrochen, Bucharest, the Romanian capital. The largest commercial center in Eastern Europe was erected in a record time of twenty-three months. In Russia the Company operates via Danya RUS that performs housing projects, shopping malls and office buildings. Most recently Danya Cebus completed the AFI Mall project situated in the center of a new business complex.
Residential Ventures
The Company operates via Africa Residence that develops and constructs hundreds of apartments per annum and is responsible for building the following model neighborhoods: Savyonei Ramat Aviv, Lev Hasavyonim, Neve Savyon, Kiryat Savyoni, Netzer Sereni etc.
Manufacture of prefabricated building components
The Cebus-Rimon plant is one of Israel's largest, manufacturing tailor made prefabricated elements for building frontal walls, acoustic walls, supporting walls, segments etc. Such elements are utilized in projects performed by Danya and other companies.

Forma is a unique company specializing in high quality finishing works. The Company is active in a variety of fields including: luxury apartments, preservation projects, offices, hotels, public buildings and commercial projects.
Geo Danya
A company for foundation and advanced geotechnical works that was established in conjunction with an international company specializing in underground projects such as: piles, slurry walls, etc.
Danya 38
Develops, plans and performs projects to reinforce buildings in accordance with national plan for strengthening of existing buildings, known as "Tama 38".
