Zvi Zarfati & Sons is a family-owned business that has been active on the Israeli market for more than 40 years. Founded by Zvi Zarfarti, over the years Zvi's sons and daughters Rafi, Moshe, Mali and Irit also joined the company: Zvi serves as chairman and president, Rafi and Moshe are joint CEOs, Mali is customer and government relations manager, and Irit is the procurement and logistics manager. Throughout the years the company has also employed a highly professional staff whose support and dedication have accompanied the company throughout its operations.

Zvi Zarfati had two dreams: To introduce new standards of quality and service into the construction industry and to see all his children working alongside himself in harmony. As a young contractor Zvi realized that that the deeper foundations he dug the higher he would rise. And what holds true for the construction industry would undoubtedly hold true with regards to the education of his children as well... he realized his dream. Today, 40 years after starting out as a young building contractor involved in the construction of five story buildings in the old Abramovitch neighborhood in Rishon LeZion, Zarfati & Sons is a leading publically traded company with a long-term track record. The company builds and designs thousands of residential units in dozens of projects throughout Israel's central plains including: Beer Yaakov, Nes Ziona, Rehovot, Modiin, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Holon Tel Aviv, Netanya and Pardess Hanna. From plots for independent construction, through to cottages, high-rises and towers as well as thousands of meters of commercial and office space.

Going Public
Zvi Zarfati & Sons is a groundbreaking company. In 1993 it expanded its operations and went public and has since successfully issued several public offerings. In keeping with the family's sound vision, the company seeks to expand and advance while maintaining a long-range perspective. Thus, the company consults with leading experts to assess its progress and it also conducts internal reviews.

Company Operations
The company primarily focuses on building residential projects in Israel's central plains. In addition, the company also constructs projects comprising commercial and office space. It recently commenced working on urban renewal projects and, as always, thoroughly studied the subject and consulted with experts in the field.

Projects constructed in recent years
Rishon Lezion:"Zarfati Central" – is the company's flagship project located in the heart of Rishon Lezion. In the first stage, the project was built on the site of the old central bus station on Herzl Street and combines commerce and luxury housing – a familiar model from large cities overseas. The project incorporates a commercial center and an office floor spanning approximately 5,500 square meters. Above the offices are two 20-story residential towers comprising 156 units. The project encompasses about 35,000 square meters. In the second stage – a unique residential tower located on Bialik Street in the center of Rishon Lezion. The tower is built above a commercial level and is 14 stories high, with 112 residential units of 2.5 rooms. Total construction space is about 15,000 square meters.
Tel Aviv:"Ramat Aviv West" – this project is currently under construction in north Tel Aviv and comprises 66 housing units in three luxury buildings.
Modiin: approximately 1,000 residential units during the last 13 years in saturated construction, ground-oriented units, terraced buildings, etc.
Holon: approximately 150 residential units during the last 5 years in prestigious residential buildings.
Projects under construction and in planning stages
Rishon Lezion:"Zarfati Unique" – a unique residential building of 40 stories in the new luxury neighborhood of Nahalat Yehuda. • Jabotinsky Towers – the company plans to build two towers that will comprise 150 residential units above a commercial level, with a total construction space of 30,000 square meters.
Tel Aviv:"Steimatzky" - a residential project in Ramat Aviv, 42 residential units in luxury aparment building of 13 residential floors, above underground parking floor. • "Kfar shalem" - Ninety units in two buildings of 11 floors.
Nes Ziona: "Zarfati View" – this project is currently under construction in the Argaman neighborhood and comprises 220 residential units adjacent to the Givat Kurkar nature reserve. Total construction space is 40,000 square meters.
Bat Yam: • Rothschild Tower – a 12 story building, two parking floors, three commercial floors and nine office floors. Total project space is 11,000 square meters. • Urban Renewal Project – a large-scale plan in the KKL site of Bat Yam. The company plans to build about 1,000 units in residential towers, while evacuating about 180 families. • Zarfati Classic – A residential project comprising 58 units incorporates extremely high standards of construction and finishing in Anna Frank Street.
Be'er Ya'akov: 300 residential units in the Shdera Complex in several buildings of 12-15 stories.
Kiriyat Ono:a unique luxury tower of 91 units in a new area in high demand.
Pardess Hanna:A residential project comprising 224 residential units in the new Pardess Hanna area. The project caters to young couples, young families, established families and those seeking improved living.
Netanya:a 224 unit housing project in Western Netanya, approximately 800 meters from the sea, two 27-story towers and two 9-story buildings.
