 B.S.R is an engineering group specializing in real estate projects in Israel and throughout the world. For the past 30 years the group has been managed by Engineer Nachshon Kivity and a team of professional managers. The group consists of 3 engineering companies, traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. B.S.R. has developed the concept of Purchase Groups in Israel 30 years ago and has been leading this market ever since by implementing the model of self construction known as the "B.S.R. Method". This activity has been curried out via a public company, B.S.R. Projects. In addition the group has developed many real estate projects in Europe, via its other subsidiary B.S.R. Europe. The group enjoys considerable reputation based on its ability to manage the design and construction of engineering projects, with an emphasis on meeting budget and schedule. Over the years, the group initiated and developed dozen of thousands of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square meters of commercial and office space in Israel, U.S. and Europe.

Group activities in Europe
B.S.R. Europe is considered to be one of leading real estate development companies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Since 1999, the company has been traded in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Over the past 10 years, B.S.R. Europe has initiated and developed thousands of square meters in residential, office and retail projects. Its main activities were carried out in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Cyprus and Spain. B.S.R. Europe has established joint ventures with leading reputable European funds.
B.S.R's main asset in Europe is My Mall in Limassol Cyprus – a shopping mall of 40,000m2 built area. It is the biggest mall in Cyprus and the first mall in the city. The mall was opened in May 2009 and is successfully managed by the company.
Activities in Israel
The group has executed over 30 large projects, including, inter alia, residential, office, industrial and commercial buildings. The group enjoys a substantial reputation in the areas of initiating, organizing and managing Purchasing Groups, by the method known in the Israeli market as the "B.S.R. method". The company employs a team of skilled engineers and managers engaged in management, supervision and promotion of projects, from the conceptual and engineering design stages to their population. Over the years, the B.S.R. method led thousands of loyal customers to become partners in success as owners of quality real estate properties that generate high yields. Among the successfully populated projects: B.S.R. towers 1 and 2 in Ramat-Gan and Bnei Brak, Toyota Tower in Tel-Aviv, Gibor Sport tower in Ramat-Gan, office buildings in Ramat Hahayal in Tel- Aviv, Manhattan tower in the Park Tzameret in Tel-Aviv, residential buildings in North Tel-Baruch and Neot Afeka, among others.
Principal projects currently under construction
• BSR Towers at Tzameret – Park Tzameret Tel Aviv, two residential towers with 28 and 29 floors (nearly 300 residential units).
• B.S.R. Tower 3 – 80,000 m2 office space on 35 floors.
• BSR tower 4 – about 100,000 m² of offices on 41 floors.
• "Kochav Hasharon" Tower – Hod Hasharon, 23-floors residential tower.
• BSR Center TLV – about 200,000 m² of offices and commercial space (the Migdal and Harel insurance companies hold a 50% partnership in the project).
• BSR in "Green Yavne" – nearly 270 residential units in 10 buildings.
U.S. Operations
The group initiated and built hundreds of residential units in towers located in Philadelphia and Las Vegas. At present the company owns together with its partners unencumbered land available for building in Phoenix and Florida.
