Arison Investments – A leading global investments company – Headed by Chairman and CEO Efrat Peled. Manages a diversified portfolio valued at over $2.5 billion. In our operations in 38 countries across 5 continents, we invest in financial services, real estate, renewable energy and water. Our business activities yield handsome financial returns combined with a clear vision of positive moral responsibility, considering the environment, society and community.

The Ted Arison Family Foundation – Headed by Chairman Jason Arison, who leads the philanthropic arm of the Arison Group. Operates to promote positive activities in society and the community, encouraging excellence and social responsibility in order to bring about positive change. The Foundation operates according to strict business standards. We believe that it is the best way to continue the family legacy of giving and listening to the needs of the community, in order to lead transformation in the social environment.

The business activities of Arison Investments, headed by Chairman and CEO Efrat Peled who leads the business arm of the Arison Group, is aimed at creating financial returns alongside added value for Israel and the world. Arison Investments' main areas of operation are: finance, real estate and infrastructure, water and energy. It operates in 5 continents, across 38 countries.
• Finance –Arison Investments engages in a broad range of financial activities. Its investments strategy places emphasis on encouraging large-scale ventures that provide a response to the basic needs of large populations. The company creates, enhances and operates financial infrastructures and life systems, in cooperation with countries and local organizations worldwide.
Bank Hapoalim – Israel's leading bank –Arison Investments holds the controlling stake at Bank Hapoalim, the leading financial corporation in Israel. The bank is committed to the vision of Financial Freedom, and by educating towards Financial Freedom for life, the bank provides its customers with tools and knowledge to make the right choices in their lives.
In its 91 years of operation, the bank has developed an extensive network of active branches specializing in all fields of banking, delivering a wide range of financial and banking services to its customers. The bank caters to its customers in Israel mainly through two divisions: Corporate and Retail.
The bank's Corporate Division serves most of its business and commercial clients through its system of 23 business branches, business centers and expert sectors, while the Retail Division, through its network of over 270 branches, serves hosehold, private banking and small business customers.
Bank Hapoalim's extensive activity abroad is managed by its International Division. Operations are carried out by its banking subsidiaries, financial firms, oversees branches and representative offices. The bank is also commercially involved with 2,400 banks throughout the world. The bank's activities are spread over Europe, the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Oversees activities focus on private banking for the commercial sector.
Salt of the Earth –Salt of the Earth is a private company, fully owned by Arison Investments, focusing on industry, finance and real estate.
Its industrial activity is carried out by Salt of the Earth Eilat, Israel's main producer of salt since 1922.
Salt of the Earth produces and markets salt, which is vital for life on earth, to industries and retailers, serving both domestic and export markets.
Its operations are conducted in two locations: Eilat and Atlit.
In finance, Salt of the Earth holds 2.4% of Bank Hapoalim's shares.
Since it was founded, the company has been engaged in activities intended to preserve a balance between the industry and the environment, becoming an integral part of the fabric of life in the towns of Atlit and Eilat in providing employment and contributing to the community.
• Real Estate and Infrastructure –Real estate and infrastructure constitute a central component in Arison Investments operations. We view it a challenge to develop innovative infrastructures, while maintaining harmony with the natural features of the environment. We work to provide infrastructure solutions to large populations in both developed and developing countries.
Shikun & Binui –Arison Investments is the controlling shareholder of Shikun & Binui, Israel's leading infrastructures and real estate company, traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The Shikun & Binui group has been operating since 1924, and holds extensive experience in large-scale complex projects, in construction, infrastructure and environment, both in Israel and abroad. The group is involved in worldwide activities for over 50 years, currently operating in some 20 countries spanning 3 continents, primarily in developing countries.
Shikun & Binui operates in accordance with the values of sustainability, paying heed to green construction and use of materials that are not harmful to either people or the environment.
Both in Israel and abroad, Shikun & Binui's operations in infrastructure, real estate, concessions, renewable energy and water, are managed through several subsidiaries: Shikun & Binui Concessions; Shikun & Binui S.B.I. Infrastructure; Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh Infrastructure; Shikun & Binui Real Estate Development Int'l; Shikun & Binui Real Estate; Shikun & Binui Water; and Shikun & Binui Renewable Energy.
In Israel, Shikun & Binui's engaged in megaprojects in infrastructure and real estate, including building and operation of Highway 6 (Trans-Israel Highway), Carmel Tunnels, the Hadera desalination plant, student dormitories at Tel Aviv University, Israel Police Force training facility and more.
• Water –Water is the source of life. More than 70% of the earth's surface is covered in water, but only 0.5% of this water is suitable for human consumption. Population growth in general, and urbanization in particular, the rise in living standards and global warming – all coerce efficient use of potable water and its quality improvement. We invest in developing new means and methods for collecting, producing and delivering water, allowing the natural abundance to be preserved and enhanced, ensuring its availability where needed. Arison Investments has set itself the goal of spearheading world leadership in this field.
Miya –In realizing her vision, Shari Arison established Miya in 2007.
Arison Investments international water company. The company's mission is to provide comprehensive solutions, under one roof, for creating efficient urban water systems. Miya operates to assist companies and water corporations in unleashing the financial potential contained in maximizing the efficiency of urban water systems, offering its experience, professionalism, technology, expert knowhow and cutting-edge tools to realize the abundance of water in the world. Miya is primarily active in Asia, Latin America and Africa.
The Ted Arison Family Foundation – Listening to the Needs of the Community
The Foundation, established in 1981 in Miami by the late Ted Arison, launched its activities in Israel in 1993, headed by Shari Arison. Today Jason Arison serves as the Foundation's Chairman and manages the Arison Group philanthropic arm. The Foundation is a private family foundation.
Each year the Foundation contributes to various projects and hundreds of nonprofits and organizations, in several key spheres: health, education, children and youth, culture, art and sports, populations in distress and disabilities.
At The Ted Arison Family Foundation, we view giving as a privilege and a great responsibility. We listen to the needs of the community and are committed to giving. The Foundation's worldview is rooted in three Jewish values: charity, acts of loving kindness and Tikkun Olam (Transforming the World).
We take responsibility by acting as a role model in creating a better human environment, based on fundamental human values. We invest in improving the quality of life and developing public infrastructures and programs committed to excellence, such as the Foundation's new vision venture Artport Tel-Aviv, which promotes emerging artists. We cultivate generosity, tolerance and involvement, and, out of our aspiration to generate essential change, we promote transformation in the social environment.
The Foundation's first vision venture in Israel was establishing Matan – Investing in the Community. The organization, founded by Shari Arison, encourages businesses and employees to give to the community.
In addition to monetary contributions, several vision ventures operate within the Foundation's framework and as an integral part of it, dedicated to promoting social transformation: Essence of Life, Ruach Tova (Good Spirit), All One and Goodnet.
Essence of Life –The organization, founded by Shari Arison, operates to raise awareness and provide tools for attaining inner peace. Our activities in Israel and the world are aimed at raising awareness towards the ability of each and every one of us to live in peace within ourselves and our surroundings. Our approach is broad and holistic, allowing each person to choose the path most suited to them, and, through awareness, to get to know their own unique voice and inner world. Our activities are tailored to suit different communities including public, corporate, philanthropic and private sectors.
Ruach Tova (Good Spirit) –The organization, adopted by The Ted Arison Family Foundation, is committed to serve as an address for any person or organization interested in volunteering and giving, and for any person or entity in need of assistance. Encouragement of the spirit of volunteerism in Israel takes form in offering readily available and accessible information on volunteerism, while also matching and connecting between people who want to volunteer, according to their skill and ability, with those who seek assistance.
Good Deeds Day –Ruach Tova's annual flagship project is Good Deeds Day, initiated by Shari Arison more than six years ago with the aim of enabling every person to do a good deed for another, according to their skill and ability. This year, on the 6th Good Deeds Day, more than 250,000 people in Israel and hundreds of thousands more worldwide, came out to do a good deed for others.
This year Good Deeds Day turned international, and was held in 50 countries, such as the U.S., Britain, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Finland, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal, Argentina and more. Cooperating with MTV, millions of viewers were encouraged to do a good deed, be it large or small.
In Israel, 163 local authorities took part in this unique day, out of which 62 are Arab sector authorities. Hundreds of educational institutions and businesses and thousands of IDF soldiers participated in Good Deeds Day, where Arison Group's Ruach Tova offered some 3,600 projects.
All One –An organization founded by Shari Arison, aimed at generating a global conversation of a new reality, enunciating the message that we are all part of one and we are all responsible for one another.
Our mission is to think and to act out of an understanding that we are all part of one, everywhere on the face of the earth. We encourage people, public organizations and institutions to think and to act towards unity, and raise discussion about the awareness of one.
Goodnet –This year, Arison launched goodnet.org, a social global venture for Doing Good. As an Internet platform, Goodnet serves as a gateway to goodness and connects between people, activities and initiatives, offering direct access to anyone anywhere in the world for finding the opportunity that best suits them to do good. Goodnet encourages users worldwide to share their good deeds, spread stories and ideas about Doing Good, inspire positive thinking and assist people and organizations in need.
